First of all, you ARE aware of the fact that Mikko has autism, right? And that she is non-verbal? (That is not to say that she is not able to do things. It simply means that she needs a little more help, guidance, and one-on-one support and attention than, say, her sister and brother.) Second of all, we regularly tell moms to put themselves first and set the babies down/their children aside... knowing that they will not only be okay, bu giving the mom a chance to grow, have one-on-one time, see old friends, and meet new ones. While I don't DISAGREE with that sentiment, I DO think that being a mom allows us to grow in a way that not all women can. And it's a VERY SPECIAL way to grow. 💞
She was just trying to keep her from grabbing the camera. It is in no way keeping you from seeing her progress. And if at any point she decided to stop showing Mikko, that's her right. We're not entitled to their lives.
