Whether we as barbers remember our clients or not we always have to do an initial consultation. Reason being is because things may change on either the clients end or the person doing the cutting.
He didn’t do a consultation he says in the video “ he told me a lot of things but he didn’t tell me he wanted to keep the side burn “

What's up Mr. Outliner . Hey I like ya work. I'm a fan. I'm no barber so I don't know what I call the cut. But I do know it was fire.🔥But u as man wit dem trimmers. So I would love to see a video on the proper way to hold the trimmer. I just started cutting and I'm having trouble with using those corners around the wars, bottom of the. C cups, and lining the beard. So a video on that will be real helpful. Thanks bro 👍💯

Job work fading that hard line out. I try to avoid making a hard line like that because I’m still not confident using the trimmer to remove the line. I like the JRL fade blade to remove hard lines, you should check it out 👍🏾

Man solid cut I’m just not a fan of how you dug into his corners on the edge. You could have saved a lot of his edge up. Long as he happy wit it then that’s all that matters but just pointing that out
It happens sometimes. I know it has happened to me but I try to make up for that & just say I got him next time. We definitely can be hard on ourselves.
Not a mid fade , that’s a high blade fade , also you damaged his edge up dug way way too deep in that corner , you could have preserved a lot more hair , that grow back will be nasty , not hating just pointing out things I’m a barber 💈

I have a suggestion on a video I would like to see, I have autistic boys and nobody has been able to successfully cut their hair without them having a meltdown. I'm currently learning how to cut my boys hair. I think I did well the first time but would like some pointers. I generally like the fade. Simple. Can you do a video step by step on what guards to use as I go? They have really low hair.

I think you done a great job on the low fade. I'm following the right direction with the fade. I just think the facial lining could of been better. Not bad but I can see the missed ling to the face more. But overall a great job.

If you listened to what I said. I asked him what he’s getting. He said I never remember. Not that I don’t but for that very reason

It’s 100% your fault. You must always consult with your client before cutting them. Especially the beard area as that is an extra charge anyway. Also I don’t like how you left his beard. Both sides are totally different from the other. You should have just told him that you messed up and don’t charge him for the beard but let him know I can leave the Goatee but the rest has to go unless you want me to improvise.

Especially when he know I don’t remember him. I cut so many heads. I can’t remember. Well your client has life things going on too. Follow the process and consult. The fade was nice by the way.

@@MrOutliner I heard that, however read my comments again. I said the beard is an extra charge is it not? You never consulted him on the beard. He doesn’t have to tell you how to cut something or keep it when the area in question is extra. Did you wash his hair? No! Why because that’s extra and he would have to let you know. From your own testimony you agreed that he only advised on what he wanted on the top of his head. My client never mentioned anything about his beard area so who gave you permission to cut his beard Mr. Outliner? Now I sound like his shade tree lawyer. 😂🤣
