I found this video to be very informative. I am currently pursuing a career in Clinical Informatics and wanted to find out more information than what I already know. Thank you for sharing it.

@@healthcarequalitypatientsa7629 Thank you for reaching out to inquire. We do offer several five-course, graduate Certificates in Biomedical Informatics and you can explore our website to learn more about those programs. If a physician is interested in Board Certification in Clinical Informatics, this webpage (www.theabpm.org/become-certified/subspecialties/clinical-informatics/) outlines the process and different pathways in great detail.
Great video. However, seems odd that Information Science experts (as a primary field) would not be included in this. Informatics requires a different skill set. The best way I’ve seen this described is understanding the difference between a real physician and one who plays a physician on TV. They appear to be the same but a real physician may be LESS convincing than an actor at portraying a physicians because an actor is skilled at convincing others of his/her portrayal. Playing a physician is a different skill set altogether. It’s more “meta” like Information Science.
Likewise. Interesting and in-depth information!
