I'm scared and stoked.Takeda seems to be a "full" character that doesn't need a Kameo. Where as other characters need kameos to make their game plan better.
as a li Mei main I feel like she's fine without a kameo tbh, I haven't played online really at all yet but in invasions I barely use the kamoes while playing and she's fine without them. I've seen people do pretty high damage combos with her without any kamoes

I love how they changed Takeda's relation to Kenshi. I wonder if the same will happen with the other "Kombat Kids" Well Kung Jin was always Kung Lao's cousin so maybe not for him but it would be interesting if Cassie and Jacqui is given the cousin treatment like the two boys. I also wonder if the fact that Takeda first showed up as evil in story mode and his bio also suggests he starts off as evil will be a common theme with the Kombat Kids. I wonder what Johnny would do to Cassie to make her change and how will Jacqui change?

No wonder why they made him the last dlc he’s literally the best character gameplay wise and design he has so many options to start a combo specifically talkin ab him throwing a star down then a pop up for his grab he has his on grab converter how is this possible he literally doesn’t need a cameo to start a throw combo that’s crazy af then don’t get me started on his fatal he literally has the #1 fatal in the game idc homelander’s is nothing compared to Takeda’s he’s the only one that can’t cancel his fatal at will everyone else’s u have to get punished out of it for it to stop but that means getting hit then u can throw up to 4 stars on the ground and detonate them then if your just barely in the air u can still use both swings some of the characters that have air attacks can also do this but takeda’s is just better then if u noticed his damage alone does more than ermacs and I believe he only used one bar imagine takeda with Janet ima tell you right now it’s wild and he has the cancel which obviously looks unsafe but who knows just like other characters you can use someone like movado Kano and motaro but does anyone remember when mk was just announced and we got the leaks where it showed every character in order who was releasing then we literally got them in Oder bc the leaks was true but everyone never talked about how the leaks were right they wondered what character was coming next and I always got confused bc we already were told it was Omni-man first then Quan chi then ermac then homelander then I remember everyone including u uncaged wondering why they made takeda last back when the Kombat pack was revealed it’s crazy how some ppl forget the leaks

I think his new bio is cool, but I think he if he was still his son, it would've added more depth to the character and that fight he had with Kenshi why he showed mercy after defeating him.

So they replaced the “planned” Scorpion 1995 movie skin with a Sub-Zero 1995 movie skin. Okay. I personally think the Scorpion one looked more accurate but I always suspected it was a PC mod.
