I had a recumbent exercise bike that I loved! Sadly, I had to get rid of it. :( I used to watch TV, riding slowly during programming and picking up the pace, doing cardio during commercials. Worked great for me. Maybe not so great for Netflix?

I disagree with the idea of mimicking other people's habits in order to become the person you want to be. It's akin to the phrase "fake it till you make it." Instead of looking for idols to tell you who you should be and how to act, why don't you take the time to figure out why you act the way you do, how your actions are inconsistent with who you want to be, and what changes you'd be comfortable making to those behaviors that align better with who you are at your core?
And how did that work for you?
