I think John is a wonderful person but Pastor’s need to be reminded that when they are proclaiming biblical truth’s and admonishing and speaking serious things on the podium; they ought to refrain from making Jokes and making people laugh or talk about personal things. Keep the message word-centered. When people are made to laugh on trivial things when the serious things are spoken, they are received lightly. That’s why ellen white advised and admonished all to refrain from speaking jokes or say things that people will laugh. It’s a sacred and serious moment.
