I buy them at CVS when there's an extrabucks deal but I run into the problem that you have to spend $30 for $10 extra bucks and the paper is $14.99 which bring us to $29.98 not quite $30... How do you handle this?
I did something similar today, CVS is not very picky on meeting the exact amount required to get a deal. I was short 46 cents from the $30 mark and I still got the 10 ECB.
