      @@etqy1231Yes, at various points in history, tapeworms were indeed marketed and sold as a supposed weight loss remedy. This misguided and dangerous practice occurred primarily in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. The idea behind this was that the tapeworm would live in the intestines, consuming some of the ingested food and thereby aiding in weight loss.
      However, intentionally infecting oneself with a tapeworm is an extremely hazardous practice. Tapeworms can cause serious health problems, including malnutrition, digestive issues, and in extreme cases, severe infections.
      This approach to weight loss is not only ineffective but also poses significant risks to health. Modern medicine strongly advises against attempting to use parasitic infections for weight loss, and safer and healthier methods for weight management are widely available and recommended.

    The sheer volume of different parasites your insides can host is incredible. Here in the states we don't recognize them as a problem or cause of any health condition. It's hard to get your doctor to even acknowledge and treat you for, especially treating them effectively

    • @adreiiaii510
      @adreiiaii510 3 года назад +23

      They're only treated if they're causing specific health problems. For the most part, worms are harmless. At least when they're small and scarce in population. If you've ever eaten fish, you have worms. If you've ever eaten ham... there's like, a 50% chance you have worms. They're tiny, and consume very little of the nutrients you ingest... especially if you, like most Americans, over eat.
      Removing them/Killing them can actually cause health problems as your ecosystem will be thrown out of balance. So, unless they are starving you of vital nutrients, excessive in size or colony population, causing infection or have escaped your gut and gotten into the bloodstream or some vital organ... its best to just leave them be.
      ^ Mind you, there are certain types of parasites that, benign or not... absolutely need to be removed as soon as they are discovered because they will eventually become serious or even life-threatening problems. Worms, for example, that tend to live in the bowels as larvae but eventually migrate to places like the heart, eyes or brain. In which case, a doctor would know best to make that determination.

    • @harshkumarmishra2030
      @harshkumarmishra2030 3 года назад +26

      You eat raw meat or what ?
      No one will ever get any parasite from any kind of food if it is cooked properly.
      So better see a doctor for your worm. Not everyone has it and yeah I don't think it's normal either to have a parasite in your intestine all the time.

    Ok sO i've had some very odd neurological symptoms for a long time now. Odd sensations that come from my head and go through body like a huge electrical pulse, Gasping for air when I'm sleeping, Shortness of breath during the day, Not being able to feel parts of my body (left side mostly) and whole body as well. Feeling like I'm not INSIDE my own body or that it's not mine. My brain pays too much attention of my heart (not thinking about it though) and when it doesn't feel it beat there's a sensation (not a good one) that goes through my body when it doesn't feel a heartbeat.
    Violent muscle jerks as I'm about to fall asleep. Odd sensations as I'm about to fall asleep. Feeling of extreme weakness in my lower part of body mostly legs more so at night now but it has done it in the morning as well. Severe anxiety at times. Feeling of terror or extreme fear for no reason throughout the day (absolutely terrifying and I'm not just worried it forces me to feel this way). Feeling of a lot of pressure inside my skull (between brain and skull it feels like). Sometimes the pressure or tingly feeling is only inside the back of my head.
    Feels like things crawling around in my entire body I can see my lower chest and upper stomach moving in and out without me breathing. My calve muscles I can physically see them moving. Extreme confusion at times with a huge impact on vision to the point where it almost goes out completely at the same time (honestly feels like I'm having a stroke or something) at random times. Changes within my own character, lack of aggression (only when I need it). Tremendous bloating to the point where stomach is distended about 3 inches after even a small meal.
    Anal itching at night time. Worms coming out of my nose (white slugy looking ones). Feels like something pushing out of my ears at times although I don't think anything has came out (yet). Feels like something moving around near my heart. Severe insomia can't even sleep for more than 2 hours after staying up for 30 hours with pharma drugs. Feels like stuff moving around in my nose and worms coming out of my nose. Face twitching at night only when I'm about to fall asleep making frowny faces. Feeling of general exhaustion lay in bed most days some months. Also when I used to drink beer these symptoms would all get like 5x as bad (the neurological ones) so I quit that.
    I've seen a sleep doctor, a neurologist, a GP, a pulmonologist and they've ran an EEG, ambulatory EEG, An EKG, Blood tests, MRI ( on my head) and catscan on my head as well and found nothing. But this was like 1 1/2 - over 2 years ago. I had only the neurological symptoms as described until recently the pressure inside head as well as insomnia, anal itching, distended stomach. These are the recent ones.
    Any help would be much appreciated.

    Anyone know what they used to film this? A camera pill or a long fiberoptics camera inserted down the throat? Pretty amazing how far that went. My point is...
    1. If inserted through the throat, they would see the small intestine clearly first then follow it downwards. When they retract the fiber optics though, it will have shit clinging to it, and brought back up through the mouth.
    2. If done backwards, and inserted via the anus up, then how come we saw the tapeworms backwards in sequence? We saw Duodenum at start and tail of tapeworm at end, right? Was the film run backwards?
