Well, for the muslim women it is. Just look at how the brothers treat women, they give off this vibe that women can only provide one thing. they are just there to offer marriage. women are not good for anything. They don't produce anything in society.

They don't realize that there's a wholeeee other side. Being kind is a choice. I hope people would respect others regardless of how they appear. It's not that hard to just be kind and respect others.
Assalamu alaykum. I'm 35 years old this year and have never married. It scares me that Allah might not have written for me to get married. That I might die unmarried without any children. When my young family ask me why I'm not married or don't have children, I can't reply with 'Allah hasn't written it for me'. Because they question why. Is it because I wouldn't have been a good wife or mum? SubhanaAllah, Sister Nafisa, you have such a strong character. I want to get married so badly and make dua a lot but at the same time I'm happy with Allah's decree for me, because this could all be a test. And I'm being tested on how I respond to this test. Am I going to despair or am I going to act with patience, forebearance and acceptance? Alhamdulilah alla kulli halli. I just wish people didn't make my life so difficult with silly questioning....😘
We are the same..when they ask me my answer was If it is written for me then alhamdulillah...but if not Alhamdulillah..., May ALLAH SWT make it easy for us in this life...and keep us steadfast in our religion, I pray that we are the Muslima who are happy with the decree of Allah swt...Ameen.

Sadly, what some Muslimahs fail to understand is that married or not, Allah (swt) will call each and every one of us to our grave ALONE. And, we will have to give account for our lives-- ALONE. Therefore, even while married we should be about the business of growing our own Islam!! After all, no husband will be there to help us as the angels question us about how we lived our lives when we report to the grave. No, I'm not discounting marriage. I'm simply saying that we are each LARGELY personally responsible for our Islamic growth.

The “why aren’t you married yet?” BS always drives me crazy. Like... who has it easy? Who meets someone very young these days? It’s hard for all of us! And to be honest I haven’t yet seen someone who got married and didn’t regret it. The men these days are not for marriage. They sleep around and have girlfriends and I would never accept a husband who did that. Much less a lot of them continue after marriage. And anyone heard of a man who treats their wife nicely? We just end up as a maid and child care. Sad but true and I wish a happy marriage to everyone but I just don’t see any evidence that it exists.

I had to mention the issue with people putting pressure on others when it comes to marriage because I experienced it earlier in my twenties and it was just unnecessary added on an already difficult topic for me at the time. As for the private life, I think the whole social media ''being open'' thing can go too far to an extent where people don't have boundaries anymore and feel comfortable to ask for things that they themselves would never share with others so it's all about finding a balance for me as a content creator at least. My favourite part was, when you talked about valuing privacy, that a private life is a happy life. You can't imagine how happy that made me, , bcs ppl always try to pressure/make one feel bad, when wanting to keep certain things private. This definitely needs to be spread more!
Another point I really liked is how you looked out for single sisters, that such assumptions, though no harm intended, actually can be very hurtful. Allahummabariklaki.

Subhanallah, may Allah reward you. I had to mention the issue with people putting pressure on others when it comes to marriage because I experienced it earlier in my twenties and it was just unnecessary added on an already difficult topic for me at the time. As for the private life, I think the whole social media ''being open'' thing can go too far to an extent where people don't have boundaries anymore and feel comfortable to ask for things that they themselves would never share with others so it's all about finding a balance for me as a content creator at least.
