Thanks so much for preserving this Beautiful part of Giles Co. We see it at a distance from my home farm east of it. Thank you for your work. Roy and Eloise Griggs and family.

As children, we were friends with the Alexanders from huntsville who owned this place for a time. And we wud occasionally stay there on weekends. The 36 position dining table i remember most.

Believe it or not my great great grandfather & a his brother in laws owned it for a bit in the late 30s thru early 40s. It is a masterpiece & obviously much beloved in our family. It’s just so darn big & difficult to maintain without it generating its own income. It’s gorgeous country but it is rural. It’s always been a long held fantastical dream to rebuy. But I know when it changed hands back in the 1990s it was $12 mill. Or so I heard. But ❤️❤️❤️❤️
