Thank you! Yes it was suprising me to, because I expected more like a tin can sound, but it showed up to be just a silent acoustic, but with almost everything there.... But the wood makes it all, if you just let it do its part ;-)
Thank you for making us happy (I mean the pure acoustic sound test), and for sharing your knowledges! Like others, you have been an inspiration to start my own guitar project... Vielen dank! Gott segne dich!
Thank you! But in the 1800s they put the braces in 90 degree to the strings before Torres developed the style that is basically used until today. When you play the guitar, it sounds charming and when you plug it in, it turns into a beast...
@@cugir321 Wow, what a source! Thank you so much! I am influenced by Hermann Hauser ("our" greatest luthier here in Munich) and he built those 90° braces until 1930... I knew, that Martin had made many attempts to change the bracing system, but I did not know, how early they actually started. With my three braces (plus one 90° bar) on this guitar I did not follow any tradition but I wanted to create a big part of the top that would resonate and secure stability by that one 90° bar, to avoid that the top would bend.
This is beautiful, really is. This is something on my list that I want to make. Now that I see your video and how to make it, I will pursue it. Thanks for your video.
Dust in the Wind. Great job on the guitar, love the sound. I am building one for myself and am at the beginning, choosing the wood for the top. Spruce most likely.
Lovely. You inspired me to make something similar (although I veered off in a slightly different direction half way through). I'm fascinated by the position of the sound hole on your build.
Bonjour j’adore le style pour le trou j’aurais mi la finition que l’on trouve sur les hp ou enceinte Évents bass-reflex plastique merci pour cette vidéo sa donne des idées 👍👍🙋🏻♂️🙋🏻♂️🎸
Damn wow any chance you build these for people to order? That’s probably the best looking and most resonant hybrid I’ve seen I’ve owned a Taylor t5 and I think this is better for sure
Wow, much more acoustic sound than you would expect from a small volume body like this

It's a genius guitar......your top support system is wonderful. Old style fan bracing....like the guitars in the 1800's

Yes, I do make them on orders! Just get in touch with me using my contact form at www.ruhe-gitarren.de and I will give you all details!
looks very cool. sounds very nice. What kind of strings are you using?
Earnie Balls green
I just wondering if someone build the jazz bass version of that kind of electro acoustic things
I am near finishing mine. Instead of a sound hole, I cut an F hole like in the thin line.
Cool !! Now lets hear some soud over an amp or something else ?
