  • Is there 1 exercise that fixes patellofemoral pain syndrome?
The answer is NO because it's a process to fix patellofemoral pain syndrome (PFPS).
But there is one milestone that needs to be reached during that healing process to get long-term knee pain relief from PFPS.
In this video, Dr. David answers the question, "What's the single best exercise to help heal patellofemoral pain syndrome?"

    Hi David,
Could you make a whole body workout program that we can use as a preventative to all the health issues you discuss on your channel?

Thank you so much for your work and help: since I strengthen my butt muscles, my knee has become much better. I still can't really believe that all the doctors and physical therapists haven't told me about this.... I've been struggling with "patellar tendinitis" for more than 1 1/2 years now, but since your tip my situation has improved A LOT! Thx doc, you are gold!

Love you Dave, and I realize everyone will do what they think is best. I am pushing back on the counting calories get on the scale everyday method. 4/23/19 I got up to dance at a wedding
reception and my knees wouldn't move. I was devastated. I 🙏 for help because it was not going to get better.
I started getting Dr Ken Berry Keto videos and about Intermittent Fasting.
I am 72, have never gotten on a scale, never count calories or weight anything. Now I do Ketovore, heavy on meat. I've gone from XL 18/20 to Petite M 8/10, sometimes Small. I eat till I'm comfortably full and then do not eat the rest of the day. I never snack or even think of food. If I want a piece of cake, I will have it, if I want it.
I no longer eat my emotions. I fast 18 hours daily, sometimes 20 or more. I also do OMAD.
Just because we are older does not mean we cannot lose weight and keep it off. There is an alternative to the Weight Watcher approach. We need to change the way we view food and not use drugs like Golo, etc.
Eat 1 ingredient food, not processed.
Well, off my soapbox, thanks for listening.
Again, people will do what they feel is best and I wish all of us health and happiness. God bless.🙏 💪 ♥
Edit:In the beginning of my health journey, I also started getting PT,, low impact aerobic videos. Even short kickboxing, which I modify. El Paso has been one of my favorites.
I do the glute strengthening exercises
on your channel and Alyssa Kuhn.

Thanks so much for your videos. I was in so much pain a few months ago. Now I'm getting back to doing things I love, gradually. Like Zumba and Line Dancing. We attend venues where we dance also. I wish you had a clinic in Florida near me. Bless you David!

Hi David. I developed a visible 2 cm wide ganglion on the inner side of the left knee, MRI shows a meniscus tear. Never heard of that before, is it like a baker's cyst just on another place? Doctor punctured it and it got a bit smaller, but not by much. No pain. Anything to worry?
