Outlaw is right if you are picky and set your standards high your going to get less and less soldiers through that door more training makes you better prepared as a unit and doing patrols really does depend alot on the training you recieve

soflo23 as a brit, I'm inclined to say you're correct. Among many of the Patriotic brits in the UK, they have an inferiority complex. When it comes to the Military, the UK has always been used to being the first and foremost superpower, and our ego gets hurt when we see other nations with a stronger military presence. Xavier Your Savior leapord tank, challenger, any ww2 German tank( any ww2 German tank would well win against many mondern tank) and it’s not the size of the airforce, it’s about the types of aircraft and pilots, grand crew and ground anti air defences. E.x. Half of the u.s airforce would be shot down by Russian anti air missiles in a war before ever getting over their objectives.

There are two things I have realised while watching this video. One is that the British army is the best. Number one in my book. Second I juts realised the browning m2 50 machine gun is the only ww2 made gun modern armies use in combat today. Well with the exception of the German MG 43. If theres anyothers that are still used in military service and i mean combat usage not ceremonial or training, let me know.

Hi mate, during training you will be issued standard webbing which is bloody awful and horrible to use. When you get to battalion however you can purchase and use your own! I reccomend JJ's... it's what I use!

Army Aesthetics It seperates them and makes it easier for them to be deployed in one lump. they also all do different roles
Different types. Mechanized infantry, light infantry and heavy infantry. All do different specialist roles; but, ALL will defeat ANY enrmy. Duke of Lancs are my regt, nec aspera terrent.
