- This was an Amazon purchase. They are out of stock so I didn't bother to link it but there are many kuppet folding portable steam sauna brands and vendors on Amazon to choose from.

I don’t use the chair. I put a towel on the floor of it and sit on it with all the holes covered. I just got mine a week ago. I let mine preheat for 10 minutes before I get in it. I hope it helps move lymph out of my head!!
In the video was the first time I put my head in. I cant wait to get in without the chair today.
I sit in mines too,only thing is the steam box gets a little hot on you,I put essential oils in mines too

I have a sauna that's collapsible that I purchased about 2 years agoo. It also has a hood to put over my head. I'm glad I purchased it because it helps with some of the pain and stiffness I deal with. It's also a good way to relax from a hard stressful day.

Hey I was wondering how much moisture does this let in the air and what do you do to dry the unit after using it is it a hassle to clean……and have you seen any mold ?
Hi, there is a mat in the bottom, I take the mat up and take the chair out when Im done, disconnect the hoses and dump the water. I lay the mat over the chair to air them both out. No mold. It doesn’t release steam into the room that Im using it in.
For as long as Ive owned it, Ive only wiped down the inside 3x as it hasnt seem to require it. Just a bowl of warm water and white vinegar was all I used.
Seems like a great way to end your day. Not sure if you mentioned but, after your sauna session do you sleep better?
I sleep so well! Not sure if its the sauna or the cold shower. Perhaps the combo of both?

Hi I haven’t searched for popup versions. Check on amazon. It doesn’t take up a lot of space. we have just accepted it as part of our space and we don’t do a lot of entertaining at home so that helps.
The name would make me feel like a bit like muppet with my head popping up though. ( : I just order another brand that sets up in a second called willowybe and am excited for it to arrive but this is a lovely one. I love the colour.
Okay, I want one, how often do you do this?
I used it a minimum 5 days per week but the goal is daily. Ron uses it when his muscles are tight.

Yes!! I still use it 3-4 times per week too! Im getting in it tonight!! The chair inside is getting thread thin but I can just go get a new camping chair eventually.

@@TheGraysonWay OMG my Sauna... Turned to be Epic failure.. The instructions were simple.. But none of the joints would support the beams / rods that were suppose to be inserted into the joints.. I tussled and wrestled with that thing for 2 1/2 hours lol.. I won't even go into trying to get the to tiny to small tent to fit over the nightmare,,,, I wanted to scream ..the tent ended up ripping.. LMBO.. I could do anything but shake my head The brand that I have is by Birdbell.. I said to myself well that bird just flew up and out of this nest.. But thanks again.. Sharing your video I will try ordering a different brand after I research the reviews.

Have you lost weight?
I have but not by this alone. In fact, this has very little to do with my weight loss. I truly started using this sauna to remove estrogen and move lymph fluid. Plus, I really enjoyed the sauna at the gym. I went from 242 lbs to currently 214.
