Everyone checks the bank balance of the guy, looks of the girl, property of the family which they can inherit, and on top of that you can see so many cases of dowry, cheating, false allegation for alimony, etc
I couldn't notice to the fact of she casually mentioning "superficiality of relationships today" because that's the hard rock reality..But at the same time, the optimism here is that when two people are together, among all the complex reasons, Love is the central point in most cases for their relationship..But again, you love somebody for various reasons 😅!!!

i dont know why people call her subtle. Her observations are sharp and delivery effortless. It takes so much personality and intelligence to make these observations, comparisons and then to present them in a funny way. She is everything but subtle! She is a force!
You are right! She has unravelled everyone's experience so perfectly and accurately! Intelligent, well projected, memories tumbling out of long forgotten vaults of our lives! Strangely it is the same, whatever the generation, although the background music varies!
