+Ensor Ensor Dude, it's their own fault. Match fixing is a crime and in real world you'll go to jail for it. Of course they can't match fix. Just because some tournament's rules don't say "you can't cheat" doesnt mean you could cheat.
+Vonaefect sure they should be punished but I think that permabans are too much, one year is already a harsh punishment, if you combine it with some charity work or public service I think that option is way more fair, same goes for the epsilon guys
***** I know, there is literally no good argument to counter you because you're 100% right. Which makes it even sadder, bc these guys aren't the victims here, so there is nothing to do for them. They're a completely lost cause.
+Kelvin Seah yeah, why not!? "Yeah Valve, please unban these guys, we want to increase the potential for match fixing and ruin the reputation of the pro scene of which we've worked so hard to build." I mean they can just make new accounts... in fact Im pretty sure thats what happened, they made new accounts and had the skins transfered there but Valve tracked the IP after seeing some phishy shit.
Firstly I just wanne say i'm from the EU before I wanted to say what I wanted to say. So I defo agree with Taz saying they should give the players a chance just like what device said, A permanent ban is basicly throwing away 4 peoples lives, They've dedicated thousands of hours into this game, And they made the NA scene so so good, This doesn't justify what they did obviously but you can't just have a ban be indefinite and give the players hopes of a good outcome and then permanently ban them on grounds with little evidence and something there were no official regulations for, Also Skadoodle was obviously involved and because he didn't get traded skins he doesn't get banned I saw someone tweet saying "Thats just like robbing a bank and then not taking your share of the money", It makes no sense and valve has the most double standards ever, Valve is an insanely big company and I don't see how they can make such a huge mistake. Do I think valve will comeback to these bans, mhm.. Yes & No If they do it will be in a year time, For a few reason 1 to piss off people 2 Because they don't want the players to compete in the big events comming in 2016. And No because they never really do that. My opinion in the end, These players need to be given a chance, Cheaters have gotten second chances from valve why shouldn't these guys, Make them do charity work and/or make the prize money that they win go to a charity instead of to them. +Ryan D.B Unfortunately you can't imprison the guy that has no evidence pinning him at the bank. If you've got CCTV shots of the 4 guys you can put them away. It's a point where the Justice system fights morals.
+Ryan D.B But at the end of the day who chose to fuck over the community that they helped create. Valve made it so harsh so people know that valve doesnt fuck around with douchebags like them. it makes all of them look like complete fuckbois especially steel with his personality, it doesnt help him at all. They got what they deserved.
The reason skadoodle didn't get banned and in all honesty he deffinetly should have he was in on it but they didn't have his skins at the time so he had to wait to get them by the time they had his share it had come out they threw and then he turned down the skins he's a fucking scumbag like the rest of them he was just lucky enough to get out of it
Mendaye he projects himself as dumb but hes definitely not, he makes those statements that noone else does and gives his opinion on serious shit. i respect it
+Nishanth Moses Do you know how good swag is dude it just makes me fucking sad that a 17/18 year old gets banned like that and for the rest of his life holy shit man poor kid.
Krazy Yeah I feel for him. Probably best lurker/fragger of NA however iBP has never really proven themselves internationally like C9 has. Hopefully complexity and CLG and other lesser teams can step it up.
Nishanth Moses Why did C9 pickup stewie2k he is pretty ass and just goes in like an idiot they could have gotten someone better at least if swag wasn't banned...
+Nishanth Moses the iBP guys would have definitely performed better on the world stage than C9 if they were still around. iBP are just the better team IMO. Steel and Dazed were NA's best strat callers with Swag arguably the best NA player back then, they would have done better, possibly win a major.
i hate how people hate on DaZeD sometimes for being salty when he is really smart and knows how to play, but is frustrated with his team. Just in chat everyone says salty or something.
funny thing is that when you log into csgo lounge or any betting site it says that they're not with any of those sites and valve were not involved with cevo and they have the control to perma ban them even without a rule you cant do that
+TheHitchslap Yeah, but wouldn't it be easier to make them give back the money, do charity work, and state any match fixing from here on will be a permanent ban? It's a first time offence and it was a pointless and unregulated match. No player would see this coming and I guarantee they would have never did this if this was a stated consequence. On top of this the ban completely abliterated the Na scene. With gare gone no one can replace steel/dazed and swag is a major lose to Na being one of if not the best player Na. Valve basically said Na will never compete with Europe which is very unfair to the scene.
+TheHitchslap difference is that it isn't real money or real items, meaning that technically no theft has taken place because your any steal pixels. Having said this the laws probably will be and should be revised to cover online betting using digital items.
What if they allowed them to play in 2017, but they weren't ever allowed to open another case, use another skin, and give every last skin on their accounts to the community?
I feel like a 5 year ban would be harsh but fair considering that there actually wasn't any rule or written consequences about match fixing, or even if they were banned from CSGO valve events but could participate in the next CS whenever that is
While TaZ point might look brute and overall dumb at first , it does really make a lot of sense, you could easily put them to some kind of "rehab" , like all of them could be unbanned but they wouldn't get any money from prize pool at majors and no sticker money. And VALVe could make a deal with them to give the skins back to the people that lost them without taking them away from the bet winners.
Clean Hardware That would be justice tho , and it would put the iBP players in the spot , we would see if they really want to compete for the "na hope" or they are just some greedy fucks.
Clean Hardware Hey listen , i think all of them except for Steel are being fake on stream, like "oh im sorry i swear i regret" and im here sitting on my pc watching the stream like "rofl stfu bith you're only sorry because you got caught" i do think that they deserved the permanent ban , but that's just me hating on their morals , they really thought they could get away with and even worst, they almost did. If we have to be realist , a lifetime ban is not fair under any means, definelly a 1 year ban is too little but if we could get the skin back to the bet losers while the bet winners keep theirs , and iBP members don't get any money from VALVe sponsored events, i think it would be viable for them to compete, as long as they dont get salaried.
Just goes to show how valve became a sellout and prefers virtual skins over pro players that put in years of practice just so they can get banned for not following rules that didn't even say that what they did wasn't allowed. Valve knows that the only thing that is making people "play" CSGO instead of other games or older versions of CS are skins, nothing more. The introduction of skins was when they totally fucked up.
+Krazy < This person Just goes to show the mentality of those who justify BANNING incredibly skilled players because of meaningless, vapid shit like that. Go study some grammar, mate.
I think they should be jailed or charges brought to them at least. They got lucky by just getting perma banned. When you play at a professional level and you purposefully play poorly to get met money no matter the outlet or who you are getting the money from it is wrong.
It might have been wrong in the eyes of the society but there was no rule back then to stopping them. Why no punishments? Because if this was made public to the whole world not just gamers it would hurt the reputation of CSGO and the esports scene.
They all knew what did they was wrong and still went for it. Maybe they didn't think permaban would be the punishment but whatever they thought it will be in their eyes it was worth the risk for some $$ to throw the match. Also i know they were not banned for the money, it has nothing to do with it on how much they made, it is about the fact that they threw a match. "Don't tell me you're sorry cause you're not Baby when I know you're only sorry you got caught" - Rihanna
1 year bans? Fine. 2 year bans? More than OK. but perma? No no no and no. Just people in our society think that you should go to prison for stealing a piece of candy.
+TheKinglee99 a fuck ton of teams threw before this lmao. If valve wanted to act on throwing, it would've happened much sooner. They just butt hurt about the money.
+evanups 1 million? LOL good fucking luck. The player base is only 5 million, and the majority of them are either inactive accounts or people that literally couldn't give a fuck about the pro scene or NA scene. Around 600,000 people actively involve themselves in the pro scene, and on that basis I hardly doubt all 600,000 would support them being unbanned.
evanups yes sure maybe, i mean i don't really know, cuz valves a pretty big company, but as u say if a fk ton of people would sign it then maybe they would reconsider
i would of loved ibp to get unbanned because everyone deserves a second chance also i think over a year of being banned is long enough. this could make there lives amazing they get good money its the best thing to do for them
moe is right,2016 is gonna be huge in terms of prize money from tournaments, they were thinking too fast and forgot about the future.valve basicaly shited their carrers and most of them dont know to do anything except playing csgo.valve could do 2 things:ban skadoodle or unban others.if ex cheater can play(s1mple) then these guys can get another chance.
+ANTONKUNCHEVKUNCHEV if all these players didnt receive any skins would that match still have been considered a throw? Yes. So whether he received skins or not is not as important as you might think. He got off by a thread, and was extremely lucky. A throw is a throw. That being said, this indefinite ban is way too harsh
haha not to be rude but have you seen the match? bit depressing but i watched it all, ska clearly threw as well. they all did. the issue is not that it wasnt obvious. the issue is the throw by all 5 players was so painfully obvious, like i dont understand why they didnt put in a bit more effort to make it look less sus
they purposely lost a match and bet against them selves to get more skins. In sports this is called throwing. They eventually got caught and got a life ban from all major tournament, its a bit harsh from valve :/
I don't understand why they had to get get banned. When you bet skins you are basically allowing yourself to lose them. People shouldn't bet what they're not ready to lose in the first place. Valve doesn't even have any affiliation with csgo lounge so I don't see what the problem is.
They should've been prepared for a lifetime ban when they originally thew. If nothing else it sends a message that Valve doesn't care who you are. Just because you are the best in NA and everyone wants you unbanned doesn't mean Valve will give you special treatment
+aXioS Exactly. People who defend them are just but hurt that NA has no good players now. Being good at the game shouldn't change the consequences for your actions.
The problem is that no law in first world contries would give someone life for first affences unless it was a spree. Not only that, but it wasn't much worth in skins and it was a meaningless match against a significantly weaker team in an unregulated qualifier. No one woyld expect a perma ban unless you're super pessimistic. Also if they wanted to send a message a warning that if this was ever done again it would be a perma ban as well as charity work would suffice and help everyone. As of now they are only gimping the Na scene. Who is replacing steel/dazed as igl with gare gone? No one. Who is replacing swag? (one of if not the best Na player)No one.
+uber_gamer92 The similarity is you can't do something you spent your life doing as you are punshied for a wrongdoing. A perma ban is saying they will throw again when it is unlikely considering the now known outcome and how unnecessary a perma ban is. Also it isn't my only point.
+uber_gamer92 The similarity is you can't do something you spent your life doing as you are punshied for a wrongdoing. A perma ban is saying they will throw again when it is unlikely considering the now known outcome and how unnecessary a perma ban is. Also it isn't my only point.
"hurr durr a player union will fix this". genius idea strike from your org as you are not employed by valve, org then violates its contracts with sponsors or drops you as a player, easy decision if i ran an org
not kenji They would have to or violate sponsor contracts, Would they or not i don't know but i would protect my org and my teams in other games over players trying to get match fixers unbanned
Freakazoid being a real gentleman huh? NA Pro's who are already living a good and wealthy life, just had to go the extra mile and risk it over some skins, and yet he see's it as injustice and now EU players have some guilt in this whole case and should stop playing over scammers? (that's basically what they did) What's to say they wouldn't try and repeat it or do something even worse if they hadn't got banned, or if they felt even more invincible and tried another scheme again? What kind of logic is this guy using... They can still stream and still make money even after this whole issue, so it's not even like they are living under the bridge right now.
Sad thing that things like this happen. It is really hard to call about unbanning them. Personally I would love to see them play again but on the other side they committed a crime and in real world you actually get yourself into jail. Also in other sports the outcome is the same, you won't be competing anymore if you do shit like this and get caught.
The whole this is poorly disputed, letting Ska play without any penalties, Swag was what 16/17 at the time of the throw? Also on top of that Epsilon threw like a week or a month after IBP throw so its like what the fuck... its just pathetic making the fucking players feel they have a chance for 1 YEAR and crushing everything they dreamed of with a perma ban.
I like how all videos are now "what the pro thinks". It is the people, us, make the game what it is. I mean what does the people, especially the ones that lost their skins to the matches would think?
Stimulate EU Not really. Matchfixing happens all the time in low tier matches and has for a while. Whilst they did wrong, banning them permanently when there's no specific rule on it is incredibly unfair. Then they acn permaban people after that.
ANTI NANOSUIT No, it is very fair, this works just like in real life. If there isn't similar cases before, you have to make example case, and this is it. I really wish they never unban these greedy fucks, I really wish.
The thing is with iBUYPOWER that people don't seem to understand is that they were basically forced to do what they did. They had an extremely shitty contract that didn't really pay anything. They literally had to pay with their own money out of their pockets to fly to tournaments. While STILL supporting themselves. I don't believe iBUYPOWER did what they did because of greed, but more or less to just support themselves. Tell me what would you have done honestly. The punishment was way out of line, Valve seriously needs to reconsider this.
In every single professional sport there is match fixing its common knowledge, when for Example Juventus won Serie A they were punished by being moved two three divisions back i cant remember its just an example, the club didnt close down for good because of it.
They got caught by the police and investigators they are a multi million dollar entity they didnt admit until they had to, i find the life ban insulting imagine being laid off a job you put your whole life into just because of a blunder, it could have been solved by giving them one more chance and for them to just return the skins and thats it, i bet more than 50% of the pro scene agrees there are some pretty big names in the community who said the same thing, i think holding them back from getting unbaned are those fucking stickers, when they all go out of stock or drop in price trust me Valve will reconsider.
Regardless of your personal stances on the bans, I think it points out a major problem with Esports. These bans had nothing to do with the game itself. They were banned because it damaged Valve's reputation (and therefore potential money making). If people can't trust that events are fair, that teams actually play to win etc. no one's going to take it seriously so the scene will become less popular or even die a slow death. I understand Valve perfectly fine from a business point of view. They want to set a clear example so players won't try it again, but it point to the problem with Valve actually owning the game itself. No one owns football (European *or* American), baseball, swimming, cycling etc. You can start your own versions of FIFA/NFL, MLB etc. if you feel like it and continue competing there. You can't start a Valve alternative and keep playing CS:GO. Valve are gods when it comes to CS:GO which will always be a big problem for Esports in general. Just because they make and run the game doesn't mean they don't make mistakes, know what they're talking about when it comes to Esports or even that they care about it. Having players being banned from an esport because of something that isn't really related to the game itself is a bit weird. I get it from Valve's business POV, like I said, but from the Esport POV it's a terrible decision. Of course they should get punished, fined etc. but a permanent ban for profit reasons doesn't really make Esports any better. The game developers have way too much power over the game itself. They can just decide to make it 20 vs 20 tomorrow if they feel like it, or they can change it into a turn based shooter. It's completely up to them as they own it. They really shouldn't let Esports decision be up to their marketing/economics team. They should hire someone for that specifically and let them be completely independent. Valve profits can't be a deciding factor in the Esports scene if it's to be taken seriously and continue growing. I don't personally feel bad for the banned players. What they did was idiotic and it's hard to have any sympathy for idiots but it's bigger than that for me. They were banned from Esports for economic reasons. It's going to continue being a massive problem for Esports that the games themselves are owned by profit driven companies.
They should've been put in front of a judge to decide what ticket they would get or jail time they would serve. A suspension as well, but not a permanent ban. Yes, they stole money so of course they should be put on trial, but I don't know about the permaban.
I fear Valve's policy of being unchanging with their decisions is going to be a problem. Valve is run by humans, and humans make mistakes. It shouldn't be a policy of Valve's to not fix its mistakes. The players should have had a 1 year ban. The real problem is the Pro-communities' attitude. That's what needed to be addressed. Valve needed to make it clear that throwing, cheating, drugging, etc. is not allowed *as with any other sport*. It's early and this sort of thing never had really happened; these players shouldn't have had their entire careers destroyed because of it. They were wrong, they should be punished, but Valve's determination to make a point screwed over people who didn't deserve it, and now they've created a lot of bad shit in the community that they can't fix. Just the simple fact that a Pro-Gamer Union is even seriously talked about should be a sign how badly Valve really f*cked up.
Why would they try to defraud Valve by stealing skins.. Its beyond a csgo professional gaming matter and a criminal matter when people do this. they are right to be banned, Should have thought twice before trying to scam people, If you don't like the consequences don't do the crime. In the defense of 1 of the players ''brax'' he was 17 at the time and in the eyes of the law a child still, So he should be shown some mercy in this situation, BUT if mercy is not shown DON'T moan and say its unfair, learn from your actions i gues
Lol freak saying NA players would actually stop playing to get IBP unbanned, as opposed to EU players, is fucking rediculius x) I mean no one would do that, cs is their professional career, who the duck would throw that out the window only to get a few buddies unbanned
the banned players should have to donate the amount that they got for the throw to the community and not be able to play in the same teams together or some shit
Get them unbanned? Lol, they deserve a fucking ban but not lifetime. In my country for stealing you can go to jail for 3 months to 5 years. If every each one of them apologizes to their victims and give back what their stole, 1 year break from competitive gaming would be fine. And i dont think that players who got vac banned should be also lifetime banned, if they apologize i dont see why they shouldnt be unbanned after some punishment.
i hope valve will reconsider this. imo they already have learned their lessons, 1 year ban was enough. atleast the leagues like esl, faceit and esea should let them play.

+TheHitchslap difference is that it isn't real money or real items, meaning that technically no theft has taken place because your any steal pixels. Having said this the laws probably will be and should be revised to cover online betting using digital items.
+TheHitchslap this guy is just too dumb to realize the difference between real sports and esports

+AB. CSGO some song by Hoodie Allen
+How Great found it, it is Lukas Graham - Mama said
What if they allowed them to play in 2017, but they weren't ever allowed to open another case, use another skin, and give every last skin on their accounts to the community?
That's true
I feel like a 5 year ban would be harsh but fair considering that there actually wasn't any rule or written consequences about match fixing, or even if they were banned from CSGO valve events but could participate in the next CS whenever that is
While TaZ point might look brute and overall dumb at first , it does really make a lot of sense, you could easily put them to some kind of "rehab" , like all of them could be unbanned but they wouldn't get any money from prize pool at majors and no sticker money.
And VALVe could make a deal with them to give the skins back to the people that lost them without taking them away from the bet winners.
Yeah because valve would want to second guess themselve for doing somethink that hard... NOPE
Clean Hardware That would be justice tho , and it would put the iBP players in the spot , we would see if they really want to compete for the "na hope" or they are just some greedy fucks.
***** interesting word... "justice" mhhh, lets ask them if they used that word when they throwed
***** i agree lifetime ban isnt ok.... but at least 5 years... Which is A LOT in csgo community
+ItsYakuza They stole that skins not take them.
+Krazy < This person
Just goes to show the mentality of those who justify BANNING incredibly skilled players because of meaningless, vapid shit like that. Go study some grammar, mate.
+ItsYakuza Whether the skins are pointless or not, they threw a match to claim skins from their own fans to get money.
Do you guys know any community servers which is pistol only?
what us freaks view model and res in this vid
Does any one know the name of the map tarik was playing in ? :D
Freak is seems like such a genuine and nice guy.
"Don't tell me you're sorry cause you're not
Baby when I know you're only sorry you got caught" - Rihanna
Out of all the people you could have quoted, you chose Rihanna...
there wasn't a rule in place against match fixing so the perma ban if you think about it it's really just valve making an example put out them.
1 year bans? Fine. 2 year bans? More than OK. but perma? No no no and no.
Just people in our society think that you should go to prison for stealing a piece of candy.
+Albert Jacmenov I guess its all about sending a message. Valve wants to warn everyone who considers throwing.
+TheKinglee99 a fuck ton of teams threw before this lmao. If valve wanted to act on throwing, it would've happened much sooner. They just butt hurt about the money.
what is freak's crosshair on this vid???
Thought the faceit sound queue was mine lmao
please name map when taric playing ?
2017 still banned.
What's the song at the part where tarik was talking?
same i want to know too
Duh orange edx show me love
Song when Tarik is talking???
u wot m8 show me love edx i think
holy shit i love u dude
Maybe a community petition? Like if you were to get 1 million legit signatures there is no way Valve could ignore that
+evanups 1 million? LOL good fucking luck. The player base is only 5 million, and the majority of them are either inactive accounts or people that literally couldn't give a fuck about the pro scene or NA scene. Around 600,000 people actively involve themselves in the pro scene, and on that basis I hardly doubt all 600,000 would support them being unbanned.
You do know that Cologne had over 1 million viewers. Stop being such a smart ass
+evanups yea but i highly doubt one million people give a shit to sign it
+u aint me True. But if a fuck ton of people were to sign a petition, maybe it would make a difference to valve
evanups yes sure maybe, i mean i don't really know, cuz valves a pretty big company, but as u say if a fk ton of people would sign it then maybe they would reconsider
so what exactly happend? no one seems to be able to clearly tell me
Search Up IBuyPower Ban CSGO
i would of loved ibp to get unbanned because everyone deserves a second chance also i think over a year of being banned is long enough. this could make there lives amazing they get good money its the best thing to do for them
moe is right,2016 is gonna be huge in terms of prize money from tournaments, they were thinking too fast and forgot about the future.valve basicaly shited their carrers and most of them dont know to do anything except playing csgo.valve could do 2 things:ban skadoodle or unban others.if ex cheater can play(s1mple) then these guys can get another chance.
skadoodle didn't get any skins and that is why he isn't banned
+ANTONKUNCHEVKUNCHEV if all these players didnt receive any skins would that match still have been considered a throw? Yes. So whether he received skins or not is not as important as you might think. He got off by a thread, and was extremely lucky. A throw is a throw. That being said, this indefinite ban is way too harsh
He played serious
haha not to be rude but have you seen the match? bit depressing but i watched it all, ska clearly threw as well. they all did. the issue is not that it wasnt obvious. the issue is the throw by all 5 players was so painfully obvious, like i dont understand why they didnt put in a bit more effort to make it look less sus
ANTONKUNCHEVKUNCHEV
They made an example out of the best NA team. Nice.
salute the 2 eu players. device and taz
Can soneone explain to me what the bans were for?
What did some people do?
they purposely lost a match and bet against them selves to get more skins.
Valve doesn't even have any affiliation with csgo lounge so I don't see what the problem is.
who else thought your phone died or screen died inbetween clips.
1:32
Am i the only one who tabbed out thinking I was in a faceit que?
Look at how many times Tarik said "like"
1:33 thought my faceit popped
+The Law except you're comparing jail to not being able to play a game in valve sponsored competitions.
+uber_gamer92
The similarity is you can't do something you spent your life doing as you are punshied for a wrongdoing. A perma ban is saying they will throw again when it is unlikely considering the now known outcome and how unnecessary a perma ban is. Also it isn't my only point.

The way freakazoid stops talking whenever he's shooting at someone is way more hillarious than what it should be
"hurr durr a player union will fix this". genius idea strike from your org as you are not employed by valve, org then violates its contracts with sponsors or drops you as a player, easy decision if i ran an org
+James Rustles if all the players did it, what're the orgs gonna do - drop all of them?
not kenji They would have to or violate sponsor contracts, Would they or not i don't know but i would protect my org and my teams in other games over players trying to get match fixers unbanned
Freakazoid being a real gentleman huh? NA Pro's who are already living a good and wealthy life, just had to go the extra mile and risk it over some skins, and yet he see's it as injustice and now EU players have some guilt in this whole case and should stop playing over scammers? (that's basically what they did)
What's to say they wouldn't try and repeat it or do something even worse if they hadn't got banned, or if they felt even more invincible and tried another scheme again? What kind of logic is this guy using...
They can still stream and still make money even after this whole issue, so it's not even like they are living under the bridge right now.
why is skadoodle free though?? :/
He didnt accept his skin payment
"Like..."
Sad thing that things like this happen. It is really hard to call about unbanning them. Personally I would love to see them play again but on the other side they committed a crime and in real world you actually get yourself into jail. Also in other sports the outcome is the same, you won't be competing anymore if you do shit like this and get caught.
The guy that wondered why Skadoodle didn't get banned was because he didn't get any of the skins. FROM WHAT I'VE HEARD!
Why is Steele playing in tournaments atm?
wappe123 He's not playing, he's analyzing/casting.
in RO there was a that banned players could go back playing forgot what it was called think it was armistice something
Tarik, I love how you say like. Please say it just one more time.
I feel like if they really do wanna play in the pro leauge they would try and convince valve, but I think they might happy doing what they are doing
They fucked with the reputation of a multimillion dollar company and the company bit back
What did they do?
RUclips search "iBuyPower ban"
The map from Tarik .. anyone??
The whole this is poorly disputed, letting Ska play without any penalties, Swag was what 16/17 at the time of the throw? Also on top of that Epsilon threw like a week or a month after IBP throw so its like what the fuck... its just pathetic making the fucking players feel they have a chance for 1 YEAR and crushing everything they dreamed of with a perma ban.
+william whalen please show me where it says they are banned for only a year
I like how all videos are now "what the pro thinks". It is the people, us, make the game what it is. I mean what does the people, especially the ones that lost their skins to the matches would think?
Nice. What ever skill level these players had untill they ruin the pro scene.. they deserved this ban imo
I really wish valve never unbans those thieves. Thats what happens, Thats what happens..
Someone lost money...
ANTI NANOSUIT Didn't even bet lol... I'm pretty sure that their bans will prevent match fixing in future
Stimulate EU
Not really.
I really wish they never unban these greedy fucks, I really wish.
... you are very strong with you're opinion Stimulate EU
why was skadoodle not banned?
Didn't get any skins into his account
+wayup he may have used other fake a/c
The thing is with iBUYPOWER that people don't seem to understand is that they were basically forced to do what they did. They had an extremely shitty contract that didn't really pay anything. They literally had to pay with their own money out of their pockets to fly to tournaments. While STILL supporting themselves. I don't believe iBUYPOWER did what they did because of greed, but more or less to just support themselves. Tell me what would you have done honestly. The punishment was way out of line, Valve seriously needs to reconsider this.
get another team, improve at my game to win and bet on my own team.
WHY DOES EVERYONE HAS A KARAMBIT. Did you guys notice that too? :')
In every single professional sport there is match fixing its common knowledge, when for Example Juventus won Serie A they were punished by being moved two three divisions back i cant remember its just an example, the club didnt close down for good because of it.
FormidableFoe pretty sure they admitted to it
They got caught by the police and investigators they are a multi million dollar entity they didnt admit until they had to, i find the life ban insulting imagine being laid off a job you put your whole life into just because of a blunder, it could have been solved by giving them one more chance and for them to just return the skins and thats it, i bet more than 50% of the pro scene agrees there are some pretty big names in the community who said the same thing, i think holding them back from getting unbaned are those fucking stickers, when they all go out of stock or drop in price trust me Valve will reconsider.
If you ask me it was well deserved. Matchfixing is illegal, no matter what sport. They straight up stole from their fans
Short ban, fair, life ban, not fair
People are really forgetting about AZK and Epsilon
I like the part where Tarik says "like"
They should've been put in front of a judge to decide what ticket they would get or jail time they would serve. A suspension as well, but not a permanent ban. Yes, they stole money so of course they should be put on trial, but I don't know about the permaban.
Valve should un ban them they deserve another chance
I got an idea... How about every single player in the world stops playing csgo until they unban them!
Title says Pro Players , what is moe doing there ?
Yawn...he was a pro..
"pro players" - incl. m0e XD XD XD XD hahahaha i laughed so much
+Luis Meixner Moe has been a fill in on team liquid, and was apart of team torqued and ace gaming. Do those not count as pro teams?
+smarf - CS:GO (USWaffle) no i just find it funny that people still take m0e seriously xD
Luis Meixner Well, he is a pro player....
1:35 i thought that was my faceit ;>
They didn't deserve a perma ban but unfortunately for them they got made an example of!
Can I ask how Valve knows they threw the game? Its obvious they did but what proof is there?
Sean-Paul Higgins dboorN I believe leaked texts after not receiving skins or something
And today, they're unbannad on esl ;)
why does everyone count Moe for a pro???
Lol freak saying NA players would actually stop playing to get IBP unbanned, as opposed to EU players, is fucking rediculius x) I mean no one would do that, cs is their professional career, who the duck would throw that out the window only to get a few buddies unbanned
i was heart broken when i heard my favorite team was banned ;-; someone come cry with me
the banned players should have to donate the amount that they got for the throw to the community and not be able to play in the same teams together or some shit
Valve just doesn't care about CSGO they just let it slide.
permanent bans well deserved. harsh punishment to set an examples that it should not be tolerated in any way.
05:22 You cannot carry any more. Sad story
Tarik, "like" is not the only word in English, ya know?
i hate when people say brax was young he didnt know, he was 17 he should know not to do that
im so fucking sick of this topic. they fucked with their fans and they were extremely unprofessional. they're banned like they should be
