if someone have trouble with this its an easy way without remove all the intake manifold, you can remove the termostat and the water lines you only remove 4 8mm bolts and the sensors i found it faster than removing all the intake
I was just about to say, you don’t even have to take off the housing just the hoses
I just remove the battery
and one of the brake booster hoses but had to fight it. If someone's doing it for the first time I would recommend removing the coolant hoses and a bracket that gets in the way of the bolt at the bottom as well.
I didn't want to drain the coolant, instead remove the battery, one of the power booster hoses, and a bracket that get in the way.
Seems like in every combination coolant is to be emptied. That's $200 right there.

That part is absolutely removeable without having to remove the whole intake manifold, ive done if myself, just gotta have patience and a nice variety of tools, save yourself the extra hastle

Long extensions swivels and my drill that’s what I’m gonna try first..
i don't see the part number for the valve solenoid, I've replaced the plastic runner bar, but months later we heard a pop, now P2076 code is permenant and the runner bar is still on, seams like it moves sometimes but not like it did from beginning

@@DaJaMonet123 i bought an intake manifold witch come with it. It had 64000 miles. For 160. Otherwise new is 399. They dont sell prt by itself. I havent found it by itself

Also there is a Chrysler product (53022137AJ) that looks exactly the same the only difference is where the lever sit on the actuator
