- A guide for Mt. Nibel very hard, the limited time crisis dungeon in FF7 Ever Crisis. This is a walkthrough of both the team setup as well as each symbol boss in this dungeon to hopefully guide you to an S+ score!
All star for this one… Sephiroth with the Protector Blade + Tifas Chi Trap. Insane damage on everything. Nice guide man!

I feel like when they bring these dungeons out they should at very least give us a list of elements, sigils, and status effects to help us get a team setup. They don't necessarily need to give us a list of the bosses, but knowing at least the afore mentioned things would help us so we don't have to run a dungeon 4+ times.
I remember doing one the crisis dungeons a while ago and there was no mention of a poison boss and I had to run it 4 times to get the S+ rank. I died on like the second boss in, re-ran it, died again to the poison boss and then just had to run it 2 more times to get better ranking.
Yup. My first run was exactly that. Couldn't get through the 3rd boss bc I brought all physical and it was just a dead run. Frustrating. I ended up running this so many times I had to spend 100 crystals to do the last run which was this one. Btw, omfg this new banner is SICKKKKK!!!!
@@Nitelight9 I'm upset I didn't save more crystals for the banner. Those elemental outfits are nasty!

205 mdef is absurd lol. followed the guide and accidentally did one of the bosses in wrong order so had to readjust how I followed guide. but thx for another s+
Yeah it is lol, and didn't even need it--that's the most ironic part. And it happens, glad you made it work! This dungeon took forever, so hopefully you didn't have to try more than once! Also, I went through the team setup more thoroughly, did it help?
@@Nitelight9 I think for me what helped the most was seeing how you timed the trash mobs and used limit breaks. My characters died a twice but still got the s+ first time. I utilized more buffs than debuffs bc I couldn’t get my def stats as high as you i.e only around 115/115 pdef mdef. And used shiva/ Matt barrier and aerith heal with a 46-68k team

@@peepee... I'm thinking about trying to run Aerith with the mythril rod to boost M/Pdef.
@@wiseguise5960 I was going to use mythril rod but unfortunately lost too much dmg when looking at final stats. Also didn’t really want her to do anything but attack. Ended up w mainhand sunbrella and offhand lightning weapon (not the ramuh one) with m stance up seph sword, watermelon umbrella and free seph weapon for minimum defense. But basically was just using what i had. Matt did all my healing and buff/debuff
This definitely helped me out! Thanks for noting that you only really need earth and the damage types of the Mole Crawler and Zettant's magic attacks.

One thing I would note with the Twins is maybe splitting the damage between them evenly so when they go into the sigil phase you can take them both down together. If you kill one or the other first the one that is left standing will give himself an attack boost.
I would also try to avoid using the cottage if you can and use the supplements, cause the cottage is worth A LOT of points.
That is a good idea. I didn't even think of that.
afaik it's better to use 1 cottage/tent than 3 supplements. for example, you lose 24k points by using a tent, but 30k for EACH NORMAL supplement (45k if it's special). the meta for vh dungeons is to use 1 tent/cottage before the last both
@@LoneWanderer4k From the list I saw, idk if its outdated, it shows that a tent is worth 12k, supp is worth 6k, and special supp is worth 9k. I also don't know if that list is for ranked dungeons? Do ranked dungeons give different point values?
I guess It just really depends on how much damage you're taking. If you can get by with only needing to use 1 tent the entire run then yes its better to go that route.
But if you need to heal multiple times, you're going to still be using more supps+tent. It really just depends on your survivability.
@@wiseguise5960 i think you are looking at how many points they give once you find them, not how many points are deducted once you use them. what i said was 100% true for the tent in the first vh dungeon, i don't see why now it should be any different on the neer once (check meowdb's mako reactor page, i'm talking about specifically the vh variant)
Thanks for the video! It really helped with the setup going in. The Lucia banner outfit even with the banner weapon only OB1 really crushed this one. And she was only level 52 lol

Great video Nite!! One thing that really annoys me is that they don't show the enemies and sigils and make you waste keys/crystals to do this dungeon runs..
As for the dungeon, good job my friend, this one looks worse than cawpine caverns, not looking forward to it :(
Thank you!! This one was truly a labor of love! And yes, it just forces a key for no reason and there's no point in it. It doesn't serve to add to anything in terms of difficulty or strategy, it just makes you go in blind one time and then instantly all enemies sigils etc. are shown.
For some reason the 1st Mole Crawler casted it's big Magic Spell earlier than it's sigil break. Killed my Tifa in both runs. But I still got S+ after it. For anyone out there, don't be afraid to use items. Esp Elemental Boosts, faster you kill, more points you get!

So annoying.. I got "S" with Cloud/Aerith/Barrett. Perfect Run but I may have used to many items. I had saved up dungeon tickets went through all of them. S, S, S, S, S. So, I switched out Barrett for Tifa. For some reason, I had a hard time with the mole crawler, the one weak to lightning. It KO'd Tifa, but I still completed the run. I got an S+. Whaaaaat!?!?!? Granted, I did use less items. I used the cottage instead of potions and supplements.
