    20 drivers and only one driver is putting pressure to his rival. You love him or hate him, but he is the only guy always driving for a better position. Didnt see Bottas trying to pass Vettel in Monaco even with a overheating problem for Vettel. I wish there were more Verstappen type of drivers in F1. The only contender will be Verstappen this year for Hamilton. Its a shame RBR dont have the same pace as a Mercedes so i predict another WC for Hamilton.

    • @kerimmejdoub1381
      @kerimmejdoub1381 5 лет назад +2

      The thing with the pitstops is: that Bottas was slowing Verstappen and Vettel down before the pits during a SC, but Sirotkin was punished last year for doing just that. Nobody did anything about it with Merc.
      If they would have followed and doublestacked all following the SC normally, Verstappen would have came out of the pits as 2nd.
      So Merc created this unsafe situation themselves just so they could score a 1-2 again.
      The attempt at Hamilton was all he could do, i would have been more upset if he didn't had at least 1 attempt. If Bottas or Vettel would have been in 2nd, we wouldn't have seen any attempt and a very boring race.

    • @Firemarioflower
      @Firemarioflower 5 лет назад

      @@jakob9614 You are not a Sebastian fan but a spineless turd. Everyone knows what a weak car that Ferrari is but Vettel still managed to drag it to P3 and keep it there and also he's third in the standings, he was unlucky in Bahrain and the car was weak in Australia and Spain. He defended from Verstappen in China like a 4 time champ.
      He was on it in whilst LeClerc is super overrated. All you idiots thought he'd defeat Vettel well you're WRONG.
      The kid crashed once again.
      It's pathetic. His previous teammate was the worst driver on the grid, this time he faces the best.
      You are not a hater perhaps but a deluded fool that can't think for himself and just randomly absorbs bullshit from the haters, and Jolyon the crash-master. A fan you are not, just a glory hunter. HONESTLY! SCREW YOU. He was perhaps lucky but he did a good job, that Mercedes was so much better and Bottas wasn't that close whilst Vettel was close to the grippier RedBull all the time. STFU.
      I rather talk to haters, at least they are GENUINE about who they prefer and who they dislike. Shame on you.
      Many F1 fans have no idea what they are talking about! There's a good chance Vettel will prove you stupid doubters in Canada and get another P2 or even a win. Ferrari have good speed on the straights as well as good brakes, and he's a beast around Montreal, as well as a previous winner.
      He was ON IT in Baku, but once again those ****** tyres stopped him from making a charge towards the superior Mercs.
      Vettel is just downbeat cuz his useless team lets him down EVERY FUCKING TIME. This year they can't even provide a decent car cuz they don't LET HIM work on the car.
      He was there in Q1!!! He made it count when it mattered. So seriously, it's part luck and part skill. The Ferrari had no place in third to keep up with a RedBull and Mercedes that have better tyres as gifted by Pirelli and FIA.

    Jolyon should get retroactively points in his F1 Career for his Analyses. No bullshitting. Straight and logical thinking.

    Excellent! Jolyon has to be one of the best F1 analysts at present. Given HAM's moaning over team radio, despite their confidence the tyres would last, this was more HAM vs HAM than HAM vs VER... ;-)

    Glad Palmer is able to show his racing knowledge through these. F1 career hardly worked out but clearly there aren't many as good as he is at the analysis. Even if he wasn't putting in the performances at Renault, he must have been so easy to work with. Knows his shit.

    Truly a smart, cunning and opportunistic move by Ham at the chicane.
    It's like he was waiting for that small touch and as soon as it happened, he cut the chicane.
    .
    Can't call this cheating but truly cunning move that required superb skill and very quick thinking. It's like finding a loop hole in the regulations.
    Tough moments like these show how tough, skilled and intelligent Hamilton is.
    Deserves to be called the champ !!!
