No such ratings mentioned sir and I don't think it's a waterproof speaker because this speaker has sd card slot , usb c and aux port all can observe water and speakers which are waterproof and have similar ports comes with silicon parts which cover those ports.. So I don't think it's a waterproof speaker but I tested it in light rain and it held up nicely. Hope I answered your question Thank you ❤️

So I don't think it's a waterproof speaker but I tested it in light rain and it held up nicely.
