- Custom makeup is all the rage lately. Everyone want’s their personal shade, formula, etc. Goplay lipskit is a personalized lip kit for your skin’s undertone and season like Spring, Summer, Fall, and/or Winter. How fun is that. I was kindly gifted these lip kits, but not affiliated or sponsored in any way. So let’s try this custom lipstick machine and see what works well with it and what does not.

As an adult I don't think I would want to go through all that mixing for my lipstick, but I think this would make an awesome gift for a pre-teen/teenager who would really love the process of creating their own colors! Going to keep this in mind come Christmas!
Hey Dianne! It does make a very unique and fun gift :). The mixing is actually the fun part, and quite therapeutic we've been told. Also, you only mix it once and can use the colors for upto a month. The pigments are also safe to use on eyes and cheeks making them truly versatile. Hope to see you in November for Christmas shopping ❤️

Yes! Totally. Redheads are gorgeous, but have both cool and warm tonalities. So very difficult to find colors off the counter. You can get a warm kit and add on the cool red and a purple bullet as well. That should give you a great variety of colors to play around with. You can also use them on your eyes as eye liner or eye shadow. Hope we are able to help ❤️❤️❤️
I think you should have Jackie on your channel more often, she’s absolutely stunning, I quite liked the first colour on her lips, even though she said she felt Gothic looking, I think she looked pretty and the last shade with the update was beautiful on her, Who is Jackie anyway? 🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️ Anyone know?

You should definitely do more videos with Jackie!!! You and her get along really well!! It’s really nice to have a partner. Maybe in the next video, you could take her warm tones and she could do the opposite to see if they actually work on you. Also,You could do some really funky colors also just for fun. I would also include Andre when you do this. It would be hilarious!!!! 😀💕
The ease of use would not make you choose it everyday BUT it is for occasions when you need to match your lips with your outfit...just practice with mixing colors. A must probably for make up artists.... hopefully then will develop a top gloss/formula that will set the lipstick.

I used to teach painting and if you know a bit of colour theory, this would be really fun! Maybe look into a tutorial online and you'll be able to get the tone you're looking for 🧡
🙌 We live by Carol Jackson's 'Color me beautiful'. Our founder herself is an artist and figured if artists need a small palette to colors, surely makeup is no different :).

I use my almost empty lipsticks and mix the different colors with a bit of Vaseline to make my own colors.

This video reminds me of when my sister and I were the make up artists for the Atlanta Passion play. It was hard to fund the right Color’s for the actors that looked natural, just a “lip” look not make up, every make up, hair and costume was as authentic for the times as possible
Oops ! We would mix lip Color’s to get a Color that was a “natural” lip look ! Mixing was such fun and interesting in all the different complexions!! Y’all are having fun also!!

Make up, costumes, hair, beards,aging or not , so that it was as close as possible to the time period of the Bible when these events happened as read in the Bible. Much research went in to make this performance as real to the audience as possible! It was done for over 30 years and was a fantastic ministry! So grateful to have been a small part of it for over 20 years! This ministry changed many lives, as they “saw” this part of the life of our Savior come to life during this performance!
You can make so many different colors of lipstick 💄 it is worth it, if you like to wear different colors lipstick 💄. I like the red one Mila.
Absolutely! Also, if you're not a big makeup user, but need something to turn to when those occasional events come along, this is perfect. The pigments also double up as eye colors :)

Revlon have similar which you can literally take a picture of your clothing and match the colours but was as good as this one e tbh

Roger that! The manual mixing gives you a lot more control though. That said, we'll work towards automation, but that might cost a lot more that $70 :)

Who is Jackie?
RosyMcmichael made a video about that gadget and it didn't work for her either. The web page even though they gave her shades for her skin tone and all that the web page never gave the "recipe" for the lipstick and like you it was a lot of trouble on getting the pups out. I honestly don't think is worth it, it seems super messy, the error range is huge and IF you manage to get a color you like, there's zero chance that you are gonna get it again.
This isn’t worth it you can just buy the lipsticks much easier at least you get the colours you want
Absolutely. If you already know your holy grail colors that don't always go out of production or go waste, then buying single use lipsticks makes complete sense. :)

We're always open to critical feedback. Happy to hear better ideas to cut waste while giving makeup lovers more options to play with.
The concept is amazing but I feel like you really need to understand color theory.
