Btw napadpad ako dito sa page nyo dahil sa naghahanap ako ng DIY house improvements and renovations. Isa din kaya goal ko mag full house renovation dahil sama sama kami ng family ko with siblings na may family na di makabukod for expansion at para naman sa rooftop garden space para sa akin na balak ko katabi lang ng room sa taas. 🙂

Hello sir paano kaya ako in case makapag pa consult sa inyo about house improvements? Maganda ifeature tong bahay namin kasi ilang beses to nirenovate pero puro palpak nangyari tapos kahoy pa din at yero pero yung mga gumawa ng bahay namin asensado na itsura ng bahay? Mismanaged ng parents ko yung expenses sa pagpapagawa ng bahay. Tapos tuwing tag ulan parati natatapat to ayusin usually ghost month pa kaya labas ang income 😭.

Good day sir Karlo! Question po kasama po ba sya job description ng architect ang interior design? Isa din po kc sa problema nmin yung pag pili ng design since medyo magkaiba ang style na gusto nmin mag asawa not to mention wala din kmi alam kung paano imamatch yung mga gustu namin sa bahay, salamat po in advance and more power to your channel po stay safe!
Sa isang BS Architecture Degree sa college, may subjects po kami na kabilang ang Interior Design so may slight idea po kami sa bagay na ito. Pero meron pong hiwalay na degree na Interior Design lang talaga. Ito ay mas-bihasang pag-aaral o specialization tungkol sa interior design talaga.
Hello sir, the 3rd sample layout (5:05) is not also feng shui friendly. When you are lying in bed, you should always see the door so you are always in control.
The human head can turn at around 180 degrees... so even with that angle, you can still see and gaze at the door comfortably if I'm not mistaken. 🙂

Basically, the principles of Feng Shui is to really design spaces that allow the clear, unobstructed flow of good energy (Chi). So the rooms that are spacious, well lighted, and with good air flow are the things to consider in designing. 🙂
