Great vid. Just an FYI, both the caulk and the spackle can be tinted with regular acrylic craft paint. Back in the day I used to make faux cupcakes, cakes, gingerbread houses, cookies, etc., and I just tinted it with craft paint.

I used the heart from the bell door knob hanger to make a mini wreath for my daughters barbies. Abd the ribbon bow from that I put on top of the tree. Also in my milk shake, I mixed pink paint with the caulk to make it strawberry. I must of had a smaller glass because it only took me about 1 and a half tubes of caulk. Cute crafts. :) Thanks for the video Bethany and Chick on the cheep.
These are so cute, especially the tiered tray! Great job! Here’s a tip for removing the canvas from the frame in a way that doesn’t destroy it: Use a tiny flathead screwdriver from the Dollar Tree tiny screwdriver kit and force the tip under a staple. Twist the screwdriver and it will cause the staple to begin to come out of the wood. Then you can take a pair of needle nosed pliers and pull it the rest of the way out. Repeat for all the staples and the canvas will come rights off without being torn, other than the staple holes. I used this technique for one of my DIYs and it worked great.

Omg I'm currently tearing my kitchen APART right now looking for everything I can find to try and recreate some of the most precious things I have ever seen on RUclips! {and I've a gazillion!!!} omg my mind is blown. I'm actually trying to keep from CRYING 😢 because I can almost GUARANTEE that I'm NOT gonna be able to find any of those fairy houses and accessories. 😭 I've had my momma looking for them for me ever since I VERYYYY FIRST saw them SEVERAL weeks ago. I'm gonna do my best to MAKE some as close to the real ones as possible but IT'S NO FAIRRRRR. 😭😢 {sniff sniff} GREAT VIDEO! TFS!
Tip: Use a cup to help you hold the icing bag as you put the frosting or caulk in bag. What you do is, after putting the medal/plastic tip in the bag, place your icing bag in a tall cup with the medal/plastic tip at the bottom. Opening top of the bag should be rolled or placed outside/around the top of the cup. THEN put frosting or in this case, caulk in the bag. Once done, just grab the top of the bag and you’re good to go. Less messy. Hope this helps. 😊
