Toma Puck slavery in new context is that they are not paid monthly or weekly .. in India some people prefer daily wages (unorganized sector) ... that's the slavery they spoke of .

Mumbai is not so polluted dude. Obviously the fact is not true Also Slavery is almost abolished from India. People just work as servants for money and that is not slavery ..
India is not only got independence only by great mahathma gandhi.... another side there was a biggest fight went off in the HEAD OF MR.NETHAJI SHUBHA CHANDRABOSE... Indian independence history was mysterious and politics
ISRO had compleated the mars mission in its first attempt that costed even less than the movie gravity itself. Recently india launched 104 satellites in the orbit in one mission in which most of them are american satellites. ISRO not only succeeds, it does its work much cheaper than other space organisations.
The human calculator... Shakuntla Devi was given this title after she demonstrated the calculation of two 13 digit numbers: 7,686,369,774,870 × 2,465,099,745,779 which were picked at random. She answered correctly within 28 seconds.
That slavery fact isn't true a single bit.. it's true that their pay is real low, this is because of lacking financial security plans for unorganized labours.. but it's not even close to slavery, because they work willingly.. I think he might have been thinking about 'Child Labour(you can truly call it 'child slavery').. yes it is a serious issue in India and no one seems to care about it, not even law enforcement departments, India has only Law against it, but no Enforcement..
Sir, the thing about slave is totally wrong. Its voluntary work, they work because they want to and approx 35% of population is below poverty line, people need work to sustain. Thats why that fact is wrong.
there is no slavery they're paid for their work and if they are not paid well, like minimum wage as compiled by the govt. then those who are hiring are liable to face legal action as well as being jailed
India has slavery and it's very low. People work as workers for connstruction,maids,etc... They include that in slavery which is actually not slavery itself. They want to work. They're not forced, they can go to another job if they want, but they choose to work. They're mostly uneducated people and the rate is going down really fast as almost everyone is educated nowadays. You'll see how India becomes the top country in a few years.
thr is no slavery in india. ppl work coz they want 2. no1 force them. it's just that thr is so much poverty that they start working from very young age to earn money 4 thr family.
hey , loved ur videos.. I'm INDIAN..have an update..now,no more slavery happening in India..and also, it's a mytu that every cow must have their passport..but u can easily find cow in 1 out of 10 house..😘😘
16:40 - these people are not slaves, i don't know why that person in the video thinks we have slaves in India. Wouldn't a person do any work, even for low wages, if he/she has no other employment? Well, that's the case. The people (here, usually those who have migrated from villages to cities in search of employment) when, are not able to find proper opportunities may take up low paying construction laborer job to keep them fed. If this is what slavery looks like to that person, then I don't know what his reaction would be when he finds out what real slavery is!
Road accidents fatalities of 115,000 per year is about 9.5 percent per 100,000 which is similar to the US figures. The world average is 17.5 per 100,000. The above figures were the old figures. Now it is on our government's priority list to reduce them as much as possible by eliminating blind spots, acute curves on roads, building flyovers to ease traffic and also eliminating manned and un-manned railway crossings, etc. Their work is still on going rapidly to improve the roads by identifying any portion of the roads where ever there is any engineering flaw contributing to the accidents, and rectifying it.
Hi here is a fact, The Hunger Strike.... Jatin Das (who fasted to death) and Bhagat Singh. It was only on the 116th day of their fast, on October 5, 1929 that Bhagat Singh and Dutt gave up their strike (surpassing the 97-day world record for hunger strikes which was set by an Irish revolutionary). During this hunger strike that lasted 116 days and ended with the British succumbing to his wishes, he gained much popularity among the common Indians.
Doctor Muhammad Yunus is a a Bangladeshi social entrepreneur, banker, economist, and civil society leader who was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize for founding the Grameen Bank and pioneering the concepts of microcredit and microfinance. He Is Not Indian He is Bengali
India had the biggest volunteer army in the ENTIRE HISTORY OF THE WORLD (2.5 million in 1945). Even today ,India's army is the largest volunteer army in the world (1.3 million). US and Chinese Army(PLA) are conscript armies. Some people say, that , USA has switched to a volunteer army recently. Needs to be checked. China is also trying to go for a volunteer army. Conscription armies are unreliable, like, the Iraqi army of 80,000 that collapsed before 800 ISIS terrorist army. Regarding figures for army , nowadays, there are two sets of figures for each army, one is the figure for Active personnel and the other for Reserve Personnel. Taking these two figures together, India would be the second biggest army in the world, after China. USA and Russia would come 3rd and 4th ,respectively. People have a wrong notion that USA army during the Second World War was the biggest volunteer army because people volunteered. Russian army was biggest and US army of 12 million. But the official method of recruitment was conscription. Therefore, even if some people volunteered, US and Russian and Chinese armies are classified are as conscript armies. Indian army is 100% voluntary. The reason being that India had long traditions of martial races ,like, Marathas, Rajputs, Sikhs, Gorkhas, Dogras, etc, The Indian sub-continent witnessed thousands of wars between thousands of rulers over a period of thousands of years. It may be of interest to note that ,contrary to popular belief, Alexander was defeated by the Indian King Porus, who had a smaller army. Marshal Zukhov of Russia , came to the Indian Military Academy at Dehradun in 1957 and said that Porus defeated Alexander. Marshal Zukhov was the General whose army chased Hitler's army for 2,000 kilometers. Also Bosworth historian has exposed the flaws in the suggestion that Alexander won the battle of Hydapses(modern Jhelum river). Ptolemy who was Alexander's General says that Alexander won because Ptolemy wanted to boast. There is no independent corroboration. Even Ptolemy has not given any first hand account but has himself relied upon another source which again is not original. The story that Alexander gave back Porus his kingdom is apparently unbelievable because there is not reason to give back a kingdom when the king's army is defeated. Alexander was defeated and ,therefore, this story was floated around that Alexander won and gave back Indian King Porus his kingdom. Prince Skanda Gupta gave a crushing defeat to the White Hunas and littered the battlefield with 3,00,000 corpses. The defeat of Hunas by the Indian Prince's army diverted the Huna invasion from India to Europe and eventually, led to the defeat and fall of the Roman Empire.

Hi., Namaste... I really don't know your Name. But I must say thanks for making & showing interest to make some videos about my country India. I am inviting you to come to India at once and explore by your eyes. If you need help to guide then I can be there for you. I also have seen that you didn't try those type of foods or dishes which were in that first video clip. The Idly Upma, Batata bada, Pau bhaji and much more.. you can't believe that lot's of dishes in India, even I don't know that all. Each and every place has its own dishes and flavors. Please visit my country and explore the colors, flavors, cultures, languages and lovely places... :)

I think these people are comparing low wages with slavery. People's wages were low here compared to Western countries because everything was cheap here. Even today, a single person can eat 2 vada pav ( Indian burger ) three times a day and drink tea two times in Mumbai for equivalent to total one dollar a day. And I am telling you about today. And they are filling and tasty. And even many salesmen, businessmen, their employees, etc eat them daily. You can live really cheap in India if you have to. On the other hand you can also live in a billion dollar home with a family of four with 600 staff in your house if you can afford it. This is India.

No bro there is basically no slavery in india. I am born and raised in this country , and from my experiences i can confirm that there is no slavery here
we now hold the record for successfully launching 104 satellites surpassing Russia.
which headset are you using?
that is not slavery. that happens in saudi arabia. they are workers who are independent , own independent shelter, lower wages than middle class but not forceful labour.
Did anyone notice the name Mohammed Yunus? He is a Bengladeshi, born in British India (1940). But claiming him to be born in India is a bit of a stretch.
India is the largest iron ore producer also.... fact👍👍
ISRO reently launched world record 104 satelites at a time
dude u just like India so just visit u would be loving India
my advice , you should watch the video about "the rashtrapati bhavan"(Presidential palace) of india
bro check about natural resources of India in history like gold , kohinoor etc and make another video about it please
ISRO also launched 104 satellites and placed them successfully on their orbits, the highest in the world.
I don't know from where they got the slavery thing. There are no slaves in India, at least since independence in 1947. I don't know about before that.
There was a caste system where there were four castes. One was the Brahmans who were the learned people specializing in sciences, including astronomy, astrology, medicine, etc. The second was the kshatriyas or warriors, the third were traders, technicians, carpenters, etc, and the fourth was the untouchables who did the work no one else would do like burning corpses in cemetery, cleaning public drains, etc. But there were no slavery like in the USA.
Similar to what they have in Europe. Only difference, most people can afford to have domestic help in India.
And about deaths by dowry, it was true once upon a time, ages ago. But now dowry is a crime and these numbers are no longer true.
