Rates are coming down this year! At least twice. And on top of that we only get to do this thing we call life once so buy a boat sooner than later! Being on a boat and making memories on the water is like nothing else in this world. Happy Boating! 😁😎

You should cover the costs of 'dockage' if you don't have a house in the water, or your yacht is too big for the assigned area outside your hime if you do, and you need a marina, what does it cost? Why is a monohull better than a catamaran in that situation? How much is power and water going to cost? If you own a smaller yacht are there options just for them like doubling up in a slot meant for a 180' or larger yacht? Waiting lists, alternative locations. You got the yacht, now what? Is there a special Publix just for yachts to get groceries? Lol (just kidding on that one)

Yes I should make more videos about this. thanks for the suggestion. to answer your question dockage is real estate and price accordingly, supplydemand, if you have a home with dockage then it's free (obviously) otherwise you have to pay per foot which is unquantifiable. Monohulls aren't better than catamarans and vice versa they serve different purposes and therefore are more viable depending on the situation. water and power are utilities that are similar to home and is also unquantifiable since we don't know how much electricity and water you use.not sure what you mean by doubling up but the answer is probably no since marinas are usually owned by private companies and there are no "rights"associated with dockage - you either pay by their rules or you don't tie up, simple as that. there's no special publix for yachts to get grocies but there are special companies that provision for superyachts. i was a yacht chef for many years so i'm well versed in this and can answer in detail if you need more information.
