I didn't know where the lithium-ion battery was located, since there were no videos showing a clear view inside of the speaker. Now that I have opened it up, and it's available for the world to see, there are much better ways to open it up, like the one you mentioned.
Bien hecha? Para que? Su vida util depende de cuanto dure su batería de litio ya que es imposible del destape para recambio de la bateria ¿crees que bose lo hace asi para por que le importa lo bien fabricado? No, lo hace es para que compres otro nuevo cuando la bateria falle.
This Bose Soundlink Micro speaker. Does the rubber material withstand bumps or falls? Is the battery life not damaged quickly? Do you recommend it to me? They sell it to me for $90 dollars, do you think it's a good price?
As I had no knowledge as to where the lithium-ion battery was located, using a heat gun was out of the question. Now that I know where it is located, I am still not sure I would have used one. The clips that hold the speaker together were the biggest challenge in getting the speaker open.
Perhaps I would now after discovering where the lithium-ion cell was located inside the speaker. But, I didn't know where was until I got it open. So....🤷🏼♂️
