Hi thanks for this video. I've managed to pick the lock, same as yours. Got a code. used a HU92R as per the Xhorse Key tool max Pro. Also got the same code when decoding original key on the Xhorse dolphin XP005. However, this is a big However, after cutting key it won't work. Seemed like it cut in reverse. Do you what I'm doing wrong?? Any suggestions will be much appreciated. Thanks
This video is hu100R your question is about hu92? If hu92 isn’t working insert the cut key back into the dolphin and cut it to all one cuts like 11111111. If your decode was accurate the key will work.
@Bored Lock picker Hi, I've got the original key and lock. It's for a BMW 1 F SERIES, 2013. Lishi manual suggested to use the HU100R. But local hardware key supply suggested use a HU92R blade to cut key. Funny enough it was the same information on the Xhorse Key tool max to use a HU92R. Code matches with lock picking and decoding original key on the Xhorse XP005. But cutting key on the HU92R seemed to be in reverse. Should I have use a HU100R blade. Thanks.
Hey Bored Lock Picker, I have been trying on this and a HU64 for probably 4 hours combined and can not get them. IDK what I am doing wrong. I would gladly pay you for some insite. You have really helped me get started on you other video's and I soo much greatly appreciate it.
HU64 to me is similar to HU101 where some times wafers have to be picked multiple times. Video 474 and 476 are on the HU64. sometimes too if the lock is older wafers will seize and need a lot of lubricant to free them up. Also you dont need to pick and 5 cuts and if you do you've overset it and you wont be able to pick it. are these locks for practice or are you on a job?
@@BoredLockpicker One is for a job(HU64), but they they are a friend and have spare key so no big rush. Second is a friend(HU101R) that is letting me practice on their BMW. I brake cleaned and blow out the locks and lubed the locks before beginning. what did you mean by " you don't need to pick and 5 cuts"? Also I played with all the wafers with the pick & decoder and I didn't feel any binding before putting andy turning tension on the locks.
@@phillipzanders9541 the way Lishi tools are designed the deepest possible cut in whatever lock you’re working set just by inserting the tool so they don’t have to be picked.
@@BoredLockpicker Great video as usual... where can I get one of these HU100R. I have a 2014 F21 BMW and would love to play about. Am I correct in guessing you have to be trade to purchase them.
they are for countries that still cut keys by hand or dont have all the tools you might find in the states or in europe. they arent included in lishi tools that were made to be sold in the states.
Input exactly what you decode into the machine. Just select Hu100r for your blank. It just makes the cuts on the other side of the key compared to hu100

I can pick but decode is giving me hell. So far have cut 3 different test keys (valid codes) that will spin the lock cylinder without unlocking or locking the lock. Any ideas? Cut under HU127 Also looked under HU100R same cut profiles.
@@BoredLockpicker Yup the internal cylinder will completely rotate without turning the locks tailpiece. And its not the first time I have had it happen so I tend to think its the decode/cut process I am doing wrong somehow and not so much a broken cylinder assembly.
Thank you so much for your great information brother

curious if HU100 8 cut will work in the lock .. instead of HU100R?
No idea. Spacing and depths might be different if it enters the keyway
