I just signed up for your course. For me, it’s about nurturing the relationship between my mind and my body. I am 3.5 years sober from my food addiction. Learning how to treat my body with love and to listen to my body in return is a journey. I grew up Mennonite. We don’t dance 😂😂 and we CERTAINLY don’t move our hips. My intentions around learning to belly dance are ALL about inner healing. ❤❤❤

I had three kids in three years. Youngest 8 months oldest 3yo) My belly has been through a lot but you give me the motivation to get up and be okay with dancing even tho I have no skill and all my belly muscles are torn and im constantly overstressed. It's like choosing joy.
What kind of dresses do you wear and where do you get them? They seem good for bigger girls like me. I appreciate that you advocate to spread Bellydamce and peace through social media!
Belly dance is from the spirit and ancestors i was never taught but i just knew what to do . My body moved to the music as it wished like muscle memories of old days . I hate that they moved middle east out of AFRICA. ITS AFRICA JUST LIKE NORTH AFRICA IS AFRICA BELLY DANCE IS OURS
