I knew at first glance this was a winner, didn't even have to open the vid. When Charlie started humming at his own recipe, I ordered my ingredients immediately. And I'm allergic to shellfish, nothing a little benadryl wont remedy. Thanks Charlie!

Whenever you are preparing your garlic... Always smash that garlic with your knife before chopping it because it releases the oils out of it which is where your flavor comes from... If you don't give it a good smash the oils won't release and you will not get much flavor from it...but by giving it a good smash before chopping the essential oils come out and you will notice a huge amount of garlic flavor.... Just a suggestion to you... I love watching your videos I have a great time every time that I watch one
