Istanbul, Turkey | My Trip to Turkey- Part 4

Istanbul is the last city to visit in our 12 days trip. Compared to all other cities we visited, this is a much bigger and more touristy city.
Day 9 -
We had already planned and booked Bus from Safranbolu to Istanbul at FLIXBUS. We left Safranbolu at 7 am and reached Istanbul Alibeykoy Bus Station around 230 pm. From there we took Uber Cab to reach our hotel Fehmi Bey.
Once we checked in and settled in, we walked to an Indian hotel Bombay Masala and had lunch. Then we simply walked around to explore the city. We ended our day with dinner at Spectra.

Day 10 -
After our breakfast at Fehmi Bey, we headed to Sultanahmet Square which is at a walking distance. We spent some time there and then headed to Gulhane park which is right next to the square. We knew Istanbul Tulip Festival was going on. We were eager to go and see Tulip Garden. It was so beautiful! Park was adorned with Tulip flowers in all colors. We got so excited, we even made video calls and showed the flower arrangements to our dear ones back home.
The other end of the park leads to beach front. After enjoying the Tulips enough we went to the beach and spent time there.
Then we had lunch again at Bombay Masala. Later we visited Grand Bazar and the Bazar at Sulthanamet Square. Grand Bazar was too crowded and packed.
All places we could go by walk today!
Day 11 -
Today we visited Galata Tower, took Tram to go there. Evening was our Bosphorus cruise. This was booked through our hotel reception. We got pickup from the hotel and drop back afterwards.
Day 12 -
Today is the last day at Istanbul. We have flight in the evening to return back.
We walked around again today at Sultanahmet Square, Gulhane Park, the neighborhood streets. Bought some Turkish Delights to take back home. We had lunch at Food Palace.
Off to Airport. Cab was arranged by hotel.

So that was our 12 days Turkey Trip. We returned with lot of memories (also pics and vdos) from our trip. It was a very memorable trip. We enjoyed every bit of it.
