Longtime friends and mutual admirers, Kristina and Cyd are delighted to find an excuse to spend more time making music together and discussing coffee making methods. They both share a fascination with songwriting as storytelling, using distinctive and often offbeat melodies and harmonies to add depth and complexity to their lyrics. Blues and jazz influences permeate their playing and singing, and intelligence and insight shine through the music of these two veteran performers. Cyd and Kristina will be playing slide guitar, jazz guitar, acoustic guitar, concertina, piano, and vocals. Some of the time they will play together and some of the time solo.
