The first wise decision you're gonna take is to stay away from the urge to buy Boats with lottery money. Every time you go to the gas station, the receipt is huge, even with Powerball money
I did like your relaxed paced presentation, as opposed to others that were ‘bored’. So don’t let people get to you. Do things the way you see fit. There will always be a % of clientele that will enjoy what you do.

btw you can improve the contrast on your video by increasing the f/ stops setting on your camera, if it allows it. Otherwise you can adjust the f/ stops upward in post-production on any good video editing application. So those issues with the black marble are fixable, though closing shades over portholes can also improve indoor contrast.
118ft Cold molded mahogany yacht. Need a little interior decoration, and a redesign (removal) of the aft lounge deck, and it is very close to perfect. Very nice presentation in general, but I would have liked a few pictures from its construction, as it is a fairly new yacht (2013), and maybe some more drone shots. I congratulate the next owner..
If you were to commission a sailboat design what would it be? A person who sees a lot of design and people who sail s lot of different sailboat design could design the popular sailboat design.

Also don't like where those winches are, looks wrong and how many people are going to stub their toes and trip over those? Such a nice design boat but with some ordinary aspects
I'd change that deck lounge to a 10-12 person hot tub. Drained while under sail with cushions for its seats....which converts it back into a lounge while sailing.
