Thank you for posting this! Hard to come by Jaguar troubleshooting videos. I bought one from the auction that someone hardwired a starter trigger into because of this problem! Looking forward to troubleshooting it now.

Great video, I think the owner's reaction sums it up best when it finally starts up and runs.
Leave it to Jaguar to have one relay for the starter, and another for the starter drive gear!

Hi, one for the spinning motor and one for the pinion that extends the starter gear.
