It's a bit challenging to do that on vacation (boiling enough for 6 people), but even our family buy those big 20 litre reusable bottles, so we borrowed a pump from them for a while eventually which saved the plastic single use bottles a bit!

We really saw them all over the place, but this one was here: PC8M+53, Cascavelle, Mauritius - it's "fruit stand" on riviere du rempart if you check Google maps. I don't know if you heard what I said at the end but our 3 pineapples were totally rotten when we cut them on the day we bought them. So don't go over the top with what you buy. I don't think it's great for fresh fruit to bake out in the sun like that. Have a great trip! 😊
