If I can't get one of my pumps to prime what do I do?

    • @JakeRicks

Sometimes you can take out a JetPak on that pump and then use a (new clean) toilet plunger to pull or force the air out of the line. Or you can bleed the line, but that’ll require you to remove the door and do a little plumbing. Your dealer is the best help here.

Very nice tub, But the parts a very high.Because bullfrog only has one parts distributor. So he can charge what ever he wants to on parts.Thats why I won't sell in promote bullfrog..

We're sorry that you're not happy with parts pricing. We do our best to ensure that aftermarket parts are priced fairly and competitively. There are quite a few parts available from a variety of sources but not all parts. And, of course, we recommend original OEM parts for consistency and quality. We are interested to hear more if you have specific examples of parts we may be a bit high on. We're happy to review these. Email warrantyteam@bullfrogspas.com and reference this request.

Behind the jet packs needs to be cleaned also. You cant even aww-some the tub to clean it out since its water that doesn't move.

They say it needs to be placed on a solid base for it to be energy efficient.🤣😂🤣😂🤣 It needs to be set on a solid base because it doesn't have a self supporting haul! Then they encase all their plumbing into foam so if something leaks it's a guessing game on where the leak originated from. That's like welding every truck and car hood closed and trying to change the air filter or top off windshield washer fluid!😂🤣😂🤣🤣 I Can't believe people buy into any of this "sales pitch" what a crock! Horrible design and horrible spa and completely useless in the Canadian winters. And they aren't even that cheap! You can get a way way better spa for a extra couple grand that will outlast any bull frog tub by years and years!

Thanks for the feedback. We are always interested to learn about better ways to do things. We of course respectfully disagree with your characterization of how our spas are currently constructed and would welcome a chance to explain our spa construction and technology in more detail. Tens of thousands of verified reviewers have given our spas 5 stars in response to their ownership experiences but of course, we're not perfect and we can always learn more and keep getting better, in fact, that's really what drives our teams is continuing to improve and innovate.
