Best Hot Tubs and Spas We just started The process of having our backyard prepared. The tub should be at the dealer with in the week and if all goes well we should have the hot tub in place no later than the end of Nov. can’t wait!

I love my 2012 462 model. I think it is the best of the spas and this is my third purchase. I love the jet pack design and even though it is the old style it works really well. I saw the new model and I have to say I think it is a step back. The jet packs don't work as well and not only are you limited on selection they are more money. I hope bull frog does not loose the vision on what made people like me love the product so much. I tell everyone about my spa. new design..not so much
Hi Ferdnan, You have one of my favorite Bullfrog Spas! The 462 has been a best seller since we started selling Bullfrog Spas. It is great that you love your spa, and yes you have a larger selection of Jet paks. My experience with Bullfrog Spas has been wonderful. The pay attention to details and quality and customer service is priority. If you decide to trade up to a 2013 Spa with the new jet paks, give us a call, we have found that the new jets paks similar power to the 2102.

Question: Why didn't they install isolation valves before and after the pump so you don't have to drain and fill the hot tub once a year to repair the leaky pump seal ? Note: struggeling with the O-Ring on the pipe connection at the pump ? It's the Pump Seal leaking but it looks like it's dripping at the pipe connection= Pump Seal.

We agree the gate valves would be helpful, but the company believes they cause more problems. There is an easy way to keep the water in using a 14' x 14' tarp and a submersible pump. Basically, you put the tarp on top of the water and pump the water from the tub onto the tarp. That will temporarily hold the water and allow you to replace the pump without draining the hot tub. When you are done simply pump the water back under the tarp.
is the robot spraying fiberglass?
That is the rigid foam to make the shell stronger, no fiberglass.

Went To a dealer a year or Two ago and They were Telling me That customers who bought This brand came back asking how They could Get The Temperature any lower Than The lowest setting cause It was Getting To hot, These hot Tubs are That well Insulated
They are well insulated but you can lower the temp so it is not hot if you like it that way.
