I do worry a bit for her mixed voice. She seems a bit more tired and sometimes slightly uncontrolled there. The technique is still there at least and her mid belts are stunning but i hope she can LIGHTEN her mix 😭. Her lows are so much fuller than before. They sound great and her HV is stunning as always! Thanks for the awesome video!
Thanks for those comments.:) Ye she can be messy in mixed voice more often but it is not because of her mix ratio as she ligtned her mix most of time since late 2020. Its more of pushing, airflow, compression and vowel and nasality make the situation worse.
Love the video and appreciate the effort! 🙌 let's hope we see more improvements from Ailee in 2023!! 😍. It's sometimes worrying to hear when people say she's declining in some areas 😭
I'm also worried or even depressed when I hear it but it is likely that most of those people who say that don't know her better or best moment. Still hope she can be more consistent
@@aileelove1238 sameeee!! Worst to see it especially that she's such a great vocalist!! 😭 I hope it is just fatigue or even just a stylist approach when she sounds a tad nasally 😭. She's usually known for her consistency so it's surprising to hear that she needs to be consistent 😭
@@ericly6482 I'd say being nasal isn't that big issue for her. I think she intend to use it because it can help her sing lighter. (Her mix is actually lighter after her nasality starts to present often) Bigger issue is she can be hoarse or tense more often which is caused by pushing / improper airflow and vowel shaping. She has too many schedules (random festivals and events) compared to other vocalists which can make her voice tired easily. I meant consistency for her being free from those technical issue. She still has great live consistency and her tour has most 'even' quality compared to other tours. Hope those are explained well.
@@aileelove1238 ohh yesss got you! I do agree with you that the nasal thing wasn't that big of an issue, as it is her style to protect her voice and sound less heavy! Yes, I do think the constant tours and festivals did not give her time to rest up to recover. That's why when I hear her do her usual notes in her belted range, it was concerning when it did not sound as free as it did from previous years :(
@@aileelove1238 Yes, by far the only Kpop female vocalist who has consistent resonance in headvoice and btw her "Gone" OST is out now 👉 ruclips.net/video/i4Y5upcoaYY/видео.html
@@tungnguyenminh575 I'd say her F5 is less consistent. There are far more questionable U&I F5s in 2022 than previous few years. Instead she does better Eb5, E5, F#5s often but does messy ones(hoarse, tense) more often than before too
She does. It has been a spot that weirdness in her mix starts except for first few months of her debut. The reason you feel that her D5s are better in this video is likely because of IWGTYLTFS ending long notes which are quite compressed and have bad vowel shaping
I don't make any profit from this video. The credit goes to the owners of original videos.

First , so glad I'm stan this vocal queen of KPOP ❤
I love her B4s ❤❤. Resonance.
She has a lot of ease in G5s. Incredible.

At 23:30 that was a great mixed E5. Potential!!! Also the transition from HV to the E5 in the i will always love you clip after shocked me!!
Literally ALL of the Bang bang G5s were amazing. Like chills!!
love this! can't wait for 2023 comeback 😭
The clarity and fullness she posses in her headvoice tho, definitely her most developed and controlled area
Definitely her HV is most developed register among three. Her fullness in Eb5-G5 area is unmatched in SK and some of these Headlock A5s too

She might be regressing a bit but the technique in her belts is still there.
Is it me or does she struggle with C#5’s a lot? But D5’s come out easier I wonder why.
