His standing jab is a plus 7 on hit and his ultra 2 is 7 frame start up. It's a 1 frame link to ultra. Super hard to do but with proper spacing you can turn it into a 2 frame link.
the whole combo does not matter. it comes down to the last move that is linked to the ultra... ken jab has +7 and the u2 is a 7 frame start up ultra, so its possible as it is a 1 frame link. but its very hard to do tho
