Sure you could call this underbidding, but on the flip side I would say that a lot of bikes out there are truly over-biked.

You don’t really need suspension just skill and bendy knees

Yeah, ended up switching out stems - couldn’t get the broken bolt out 😐
first ride and screw has already broken? damn,...
Lower that tire pressure.
I usually have it low 20’s - pretty sketch to go any lower than that at my weight on 2.4” tires
To hell with plastic oil filled battery bikes!
