Clarke cheated his way out of 50% of Spectra *THREE MONTHS* ago (with Kristen), and in that time, Sally has spent exactly one day interviewing prospective replacements. The rest of the time she has spent wailing, gnashing her teeth and falling into Jack's arms.

I've often wondered how she became head of a fashion house if she wasn't a designer herself. I have never seen her with a sketch of a design she made herself. Look at Eric he is always at the drawing board or pinning something on someone. Even Saul's little sketches would be better than nothing ... a little nip here a little tuck there.

These soap opera characters act like the victims in horror movies that don’t go the obvious route out of danger.Why would Lauren tell Sheila that she’s calling the police & she’d have to kill her to stop her from doing it. Why wouldn’t you tell her that you guess that you can try to forgive her and that she wants to put this painful experience in the past ,then when she leaves Call the 👮♂️ police. How dumb!

I think it’s more that Brooke no longer has Eric as option B. I think that’s what it is more than the fact that she loves or cares for Eric. She’s become used to Eric pining after her so him wanting Sheila has shocked her.
I don't think she loves him that way anymore, she could have him any day she wanted. She may be sad about a change about to happen, but that is what she wants, a divorce.

Initially Brooke was going to move out, Eric offers to move out then moves back in for Eric Jr. And for some time we know that Brooke is living elsewhere we don't see where at, a hotel I assume. Her moving back in was Eric's idea I think because she was pregnant and they do have a child, so maybe for practical reasons, they are both single technically and roommates. Should Brooke have already found a home for her and Eric Jr already? Absolutely. I don't see her stopping Eric from moving on with his life or judging his choice. He is free to do as he pleases. Now if she was sad by it, it is a change even if it's what she wanted. She never asked Eric to be her doormat, he was that on his own free will and I think he still is if only Brooke would say the word. I can't answer about the ring though, I hadn't even noticed that. Perhaps Brooke's finger got larger because of her pregnancy? 😁😁 She should have taken it out long before it though, I don't know why she holds onto it.
Really miss the days when people on soaps were written as normal people reactions to extraordinary events, such as with Lauren's reaction to Sheila. Keeping a baby from her is not the thing one can or _should_ forgive easily. Looking at you, Hope.
The writers for this episode should be fired. With all the history and animosity between Sheila and Lauren, the best they could come up with for them to meet again is a simple knock on the door and Lauren opens it.🙄

who do the writers think they are fooling. in the last episode as Brooke was getting on the elevator as Sheila was getting off, now Sheila is getting off and Brooke is already at home with full makeup showered and dressed for dinner. Brooke's elevator should only be on the 8th floor since Lauren's room is on the 9th floor but apparently the elevator door at Lauren's hotel was miraculously the entrance to Brooke and Eric's apartment, where time elapses and Brooke is able to get dressed in the few seconds Sheila stepped off the elevator.
Jack is going to spiral into addiction again, I'm afraid... I hope not though. I hope after that last time he's done for good. Addiction is the hardest thing to let go of completely. 😪 Poor Macy learns that in the future...

OK Sheila, hotels are full of cameras including the elevator with you getting off on Lauren's floor, no sunglasses or hat even and didn't you just talk to the concierge who gave you Lauren's hotel room number. So how do you expect us to believe no one would know you were in that room or at that hotel?

I think the soaps (in general) have gotten better with timing then in that era. Viewers were probably complaining about it then too.
