It can be about so many things related somehow to cost engineering. That includes explaining something about a software or resolution to an engineering problem and how it impacts costs ☺️

CCP is explained in details in the video along with the definition as well as everything else related to the requirements to become one, however for the CCE I’ve never heard of it before 👍
You will write it at home using whatever resources you want as long as you refer them. And you will submit it online for grading. So it is not closed book. You can consider it open book 👍

It depends on your educational certificate and number of years of experience. You can find the eligibility requirements on AACE’s website 👍
