    I first heard this from Mary Robinette Kowal, who calls it "Yes And, No But" - but this was a great explanation of how to use them together with Yes and No to manage the pacing of your novel ❤

    I'll put this into practice as I write this short story-it certainly will help me think through the process in a way I don't think I usually do. (Oh, and maybe you can sell your brain to me?)
