Outlook - CLEAR Email Addresses from AUTO-COMPLETE List

Would you like Outlook to forget those email addresses that keep popping up automatically in the "TO" field? As you type, you may see these emails being remembered by Outlook. You can clear those remembered emails quite easily. Just follow these simple steps!

This is great! Step by step but how do I view the list to delete individual addresses in a list format and delete which ones I want?

also the Outlook map doesn't exist on my Computer, but I have the Outlook App?
