      Yup since I’m new and already have started upgrading this deck I don’t wanna pivot and need to spend extra money. Plus I don’t plan on playing super competitively anyways in the short term and I like how Kayo plays.

    Where will we be welcome to next week? Welcome to the Tiger Den? The Zoo? Also Reckless Swing is a sideboard card for Enigma now. It gets ward with no playaround.

      Welcome to the jungle is still oddly applicable! Reckless is neat until you discard it to Wild Ride 😉

    Hi Lupine, thank you for this parting gift of a video, I have 2 quick questions for you. 1. I am definitely for spell fray equipment, but am torn about which piece, say we remove the yellow agile wind ups, would you need to rely more on the scabskins roll into kano, than a better shot against runeblades? 2. If a non-equipment card would be cut for gamblers - to have better odds out of the prism loop, which would you cut to 2 (or is the armor block from apex bonebreakermore impactful in that matchup?

    • @Lupinefiasco
      @Lupinefiasco  2 месяца назад +1

      If you're running AB3 SV1 into Kano, then you aren't playing Scabs at all. If you're intending to cut AB1, then you would want to run Scabs as your non-Arcane piece of equipment (because Bonebreaker does nothing against Kano). Am I understanding your question? If you want to know whether Scabs value goes up against Runeblade without yellow Agile Windup, I would say yes but I would also still prefer to play Bonebreaker against them.
      The more I play with Clash of Might, the more I realize how replaceable it is. I would cut a copy of it to make room for Gambler's Gloves.

    • @ShdowKaiser
      @ShdowKaiser 2 месяца назад

      @@Lupinefiasco Hi again, I remember you saying in a video that you wanted nullrune boots so you had ab1 into runeblades with apex bonebreaker. Rothermel opted for nullrune gloves so that he could have scab skins into kano. I was wondering whether rothermels choice is now more justified into Kano as we cut out more agility production (minus yellow windup)?

    • @ShdowKaiser
      @ShdowKaiser 2 месяца назад +1

      @@Lupinefiasco my bad, yeah I counted my equipment wrong on that first part. I'm still debating between pack hunts or strength rules all. Strength can be good into zen, Nuu and the Dashes, but i havent played with the card enough to comfortably make the choice, what do you think?

    • @Lupinefiasco
      @Lupinefiasco  2 месяца назад +1

      @@ShdowKaiser SRA having a disruptive on-hit automatically makes it worth considering! That said, Pack Hunt has real upside against Nuu, Enigma, and Victor, and I haven't had SRA be good enough in testing to make the switch.

    What would you recommend over the generics like E stike and CC. I just started a month ago and have been slowly upgrading. Im grabbing scowling and stuff like send packing, Cast Bones, Beast within and Tear. I currently do not have those strong generics and will get them later over my brute cards.

    • @Lupinefiasco
      @Lupinefiasco  2 месяца назад +1

      Welcome to the game! Kayo's a lot of fun and I think you're going to enjoy playing him.
      Since you're asking about replacements for the powerful generics, I'm assuming you don't have access to weaker but pricey cards like Amnesia or Censor. CnC's role in the deck is a disruptor that you want to use to interrupt whatever your opponent was going to do with five cards. A reasonable, cheap replacement would be Humble (red): it is a 2-cost 6-power attack that has a lot of disruption potential (albeit on a more specific subset of heroes). Strength Rules All is a good option as well: 2-cost 6-power arsenal disruptor that also benefits from Bloodrush Bellow.
      Estrike is a turn extender that also functions as a 2-card 7 on turns where blocking was more advantageous. It's hard to replace if you're already playing Wild Rides and Pulpings, but Zealous Belting (red) is a reasonable choice: many Kayo players were experimenting with Belting at the release of Heavy Hitters, though the value goes down quite a bit if you aren't playing Fyendal's Spring Tunic. Honestly, I would replace it with another blue 3-block like Pound Town or Pack Call. You can be more defensive by default, or you have more options to make the "Mandible Claw, discard Windup, play a 2- or 3-cost 6" line.

      @Lupinefiasco Thank you for the feedback! I got the kayo armory deck so I have humble and strength. I'll play with those on talishar. I just wanted to say I love your content. You got me to finally pull the trigger and try FaB. I plan to go to my first Battle Harden this August, which will be my first tcg event ever.

    To be fair i cut cast bones after my first PQ last season and it's only lead to an increased win rate. I slotted tear limb from limb in the side and it really helped me push over the top in long games

    • @Lupinefiasco
      @Lupinefiasco  2 месяца назад

      TLFL is a much better end game finisher than Cast Bones (which can come late enough that you don't have time for it). Making the Agility can create some really busted turns though, especially with Sash.
