At 13:08 you can go dagger into burning blade dance. If he blocks then you close chain and play dagger brand flick buy back. If he lets it hit you dont have to break the chain and get 1 free damage.

Just a heads up, at 30:05 breaking the chain in this way is a known Talishar problem, this isn't actually how closing the chain works according to the rules and people will get screwed over by this IRL at tournaments by people who understand the rules. According to the rules the Close step happens when both players pass priority on an empty stack. (Comprehensive rules 7.6.4) Which means that if you go to break the chain it's a shortcut to both players passing on an empty stack, only after which you move to the Close step where neither player has priority. In a live game at a tournament where you say you go to close the chain you basically propose a shortcut that says: "Hey I want to Close the chain right now. I pass on an empty stack and then you pass on an empty stack is that fine by you?" To which your opponent can 100% say: "No, during the resolution step, after you pass I still gain priority and want to activate my Twelve Petal Kasya."

If you’re looking to try something different with Cindra, I’ve been having huge success with a high blue count deck. The 12-Blue Cindra always felt like a worse Fai to me, but really leaning into her huge amount of 3-blocks and ability to convert a blue into unpreventable damage has felt like something only she can do. She has felt extremely favored into Illusionist and Assassin this way

I like the list! What are your thoughts with playing Devotion Never Dies in Cindra? I’ve been experimenting a lot with it, where it might be better in Mask of Momentum builds

How are you liking prowess of agility in this list?

Ira seems to be more powerful in longer games but Fai is what he supposed to be - consistent dealing high damage fast. Don't know Cindra yet but it's fun to play at least limited.

Have you tried demonstrate devotion? I think the deck would improve a lot with more feilty generation. You would also be able to include some devotion never dies in your lines.

The traverse block was kinda interesting imo Hand of scar, miragai, erase face, miraging with pummel in arsenal and tunic up, can just block miraging on the bladedance and go scar -erase face pummel Keeps traverse ready instead of using it just for a spectral shield But i guess the thought was that the spectral shield represents a threat so you cant just block/setup after erase face Still wonder if miraging metamorph shouldnt have just blocked though

Hey! I played BH Toronto with Aurora and felt the same way about flicker wisp. I’ve cut to 1 copy. Scar for a scar is interesting, I thought this was going to replace second strike. Second strike feels like it’s always in the hand when it’s not needed 😅 Record at BH was 4-4, vaporize shock scared the crap out of the Vis players cause they had never seen it before ! Thanks for keeping up the content, learning a lot from your decisions and explaining why you’re making them.
