Question: Is it possible at the end of each sheet , to have a flat part of around 300mm.Then cut it off and then bend that 300mm up or down. This idea is for inbuilt flashing for a lean to against a house or shed.????
The problem with textured metal is it tends to collect pollen.
Can that machine be use for stainless steel sheet of the same gauge as the metal sheet you fed?

@@GrandRoofingInc I operate a similar machine mine is bigger I run about 18,000 foot in 8 hours. but you need arm guards and gloves, I cringed when you ran the machine with that guy next to it filming, I have seen way to many people get sent to the hospital from that.

The VARIOBEND folder looks quick! We opted for the Jorns machines.
I saw your Bender in one of your videos. It did seem a little slow, but it gets the job done. I did get some recent video of the variobend, I need to get it put together and uploaded.

We got bought our latest Jorns in 2018, we chose between that and the VARIOBEND., the VARIOBEND was more expensive and would only fold up to 2mm Galv where as the Jorns folds up to 3mm for us, the Jorns machines are very popular with UK manufacturers,

On that roll approximately 4500 linear feet.
