I am not a music expert or collector, it just so happens that when I copied my silent 8mm cine film to VHS video about 20 or 25 years ago I came across the sound clip (probably from a TV programme) which I thought was better than a silent video. Alternatively in some cases a TV clip already had the sound, like this one I think. If you'd like a different soundtrack why don't you download the clip and add one of your choosing ?

This music is a piece called "Charmaine", written by Ronald Binge but most famously arranged by Mantovani and used as his signature tune.

The tune is indeed "Charmaine" , however it is not by Ronald Binge, it was written by Erno Rapee and Lew Pollack in 1927.
