Hey Guys, this was our Day 1 in Singapore and this video you will see;
How to and from where to buy tourist SIM card with 100GB data and how to register it.
Then we had lunch at hawkers centre which was near our hotel and then we had the famous Kaya Butter Toast at Toast Box which was again very near to our Hotel.
Then we took MRT and went to spend some time at Merlion Park from where you can see all the iconic buildings and skyscrapers of Singapore.

I am a resident of Singapore and I keep watching a lot of SG tour videos for fun; just to see how tourists roam the country I have spent years in. I must say, these two have covered SG better than so many bigger international travelers. They have balanced cinematics with details beautifully. People, for SG, I can vouch just follow what they say, and you will be sorted.
Adding to their information: there are apps for everything in SG. Even for public transport, you can literally track all buses, when they will come, whether the next bus is double decker or single decker.. etc. So just try to find the app when you are confused. Hope it helps.

Another tips from my experience-
U can checkout for boss hotel next time it is nearby only and have more facilities than v lavender and for simcard it cost 10 dollars only in little india and the mc’d is totally different from india, literally most of the things have chicken beef items in mc donalds

Hi- inspired from your planning - I planned my trip with my family - wife, Son and daughter on 2 nd May to 6 th May 24- I booked my attractions entry pass on Get your guide app - I got the confirmation but not get the entry e-pass even after 24 hrs - hope they will give me pass by tomorrow
I visited Singapore with my family in 2017 .. and visited to Malacca island by cruise .. a wonderful experience.
Attraction places are universal studio , Garden by the bay, sentosa island , Singapore flyer, botanical garden , Night safari, Marina bay , Merlin Park ,China town . For shopping little India , China town but but check the rates in India before you buy any expensive electronics items there .
Please do not forget to Mustafa city centre mall .
7 Eleven is the best store to buy from water to SIM card to eateries . To save the cost one need to buy from here .. in Hotel every thing is expensive.
7/11 is good for SIM card but water is expensive there. Watch full series for cheaper alternatives and how to save money.
@@wanderingmindsindia , as compared to Hotel water it is cheap . Just believe me I replenished Hotel freeze water with the same brand of water from 7.eleven . 7 eleven is very famous in Thailand, Malaysia & Singapore.

The thing about travelling in Singapore is that you will always contemplate to walk from A to B or take public transport.
"It's just close by. Just walk lah. I can see it there."
But at the end of the day, those meters do add up.

You don't need travel agents. Singapore is small enough to be accessible mainly by public buses and metros to almost all corners of Singapore. Travel agents would be more for elderly people having problems navigating or for people who are not into planning their own itinerary and delegate it to agents.
