- Hi! this video show how to make a zipper round leather pouch. It can be used as coin purse or to put small accessories. Hope you enjoy the video.
I am not an expert in creating professional pattern and am using a software as it is for my personal use. The template is simple and hope it provide you guidelines if you keen to make one.

* recommended round hole punch instead of diamond / french chisel.
Material :
leather thickness : 1.7mm
Zip length : 12cm
Finished sized : about 9 cm
Sharing things to take note:
1. Please remember to scratch / draw stitch line right after you have burnish the leather edge.
2. My template is very simple, just the shape of purse to be made. You can scratch your own stitch line. Mine is 3 mm from the edge.
3. Before punching stitching holes, please mark as evenly spaced hole placement as you can. (it depends on the chisel that you are using),
I am using 4 mm chisel, this is the only chisel I have at the moment. Please see video 5:25, I am trying to make as evenly spaced as I can.
I love this round coin purse so much. It is so cute and can put quite a number of coins and can also use it as earpiece purse.

Why did you glue the zip on both sides twice ?
