Thank you so much for getting to the point in the review. I hate when reviewers start out trying to be funny and continue with the shenanigans throughout the video two thumbs up.
I Think Currently this is the Best belt system on the market. its super comfy, light and does what i need it to do. the loops are annoying but if you need them you need them. the shape makes it the most comfortable belt ive worn so far compared to ronin, ferro etc. The only issue i have is the Inner Belt Velcro wears out fast and they dont sell it spearate. their warranty will probably take care of it tho
My belt set up on my CHLK is almost identical to what you have here. But I WILL be stealing the rangefinder trick instead of keeping mine where it is now
This is specifically designed and intended for aircraft operations. AXL is absolutely not a good option if you have the need to clip into a helicopter. It isn't designed to be a fall arrest or safety device where that is the main feature of the CHLK belt.
Welp this is an easy pick up, thanks for the comprehensive review

great vid definitely like your modularity ideas since most of us mess around in different applications just trying to enjoy gun culture.
I saw the FCPC 5 in the thumbnail John, will be interested to hear what you have to say on the carrier.
I dig it. But I like the Defense Mechanisms and Qore performance more
Props to the designers of this belt. It really seems like they took their time on it.
Blue force Gear is up there with crye on attention to detail and design features.
Yo that pouch QLS mod is smart af!

great video
Really hope someone comes up with a Molle to ELS/QLS solution. I'm guilty of burning holes through MOLLE pouches too.
Sounds like something to message AXL defense about
Awesome vid as usual, how do you like this compared to your Blue Alpha Gear belt? Looks like the Safariland fits a bit better since it's wider
It's good but depends on your needs and wants
What is that wrap around the holster?
Looks like a holster mounted tourniquet holder. Wrap is tegris material.
Great video
What length retracted and what length stretched is your helo retention lanyard?
What medic pouch do u have?
I want to know what the TQ mount is that is attached to the holster? If anyone can help with that I would be very appreciative
Not available yef
@@KineticConsulting booo...but thanks for the prompt reply. Any chance you guys need extra gear testers? USMC vet and contractor now
@@caveman03xx not currently. Appreciate it
your holster with rdr tq mount looks way smaller on your belt than my hip lol
That's because it's not the rdr one
Very nice
Trying to decide between this, AXL & Kore.
Which would you recommend?
No clue on the kore. Between the other 2 it depends on what you're doing with it
How did you attach the female QLS to the belt?
Check out my belt setup video to see it in detail
What kind of holster is that?......
What would be the use case for this instead of the Axl

Is this the legacy or the Gen 2 chlk belt?
The original
THERES SO MUCH ROOM FOR ACTIVITIES!!
AHHH! MOM! 😂
This is the way
Is this an upgrade from an HSGI Suregrip?
I belive they are. Unless you need the ability to put it on without a inner belt.
Worth upgrading from a ronin belt?
Yes
Would you prefer this over the ferro bison belt?
Thanks.
I do
This or Ferro Bison belt?
Ferro expressly states that their Bison belt is NOT rated or intended for aircraft operations. That being said, the dudes still run it for sure.
DINGLE DANGLE DOWNWARD
So this is THE belt to shoot PRS off a helicopter.
you don't want anything sticking out that may catch something and that open handle on the belt is a big no go.
